Rose is highly responsive. As a first-time user of the app, I initially made some mistakes, but the host guided me through the booking process with clear instructions. The place lived up to our expectations, providing everything we needed in the kitchen. Additionally, there’s a nearby store where essentials like ice and charcoal are readily available. The caretakers are easy to reach and accommodating with requests. The beach itself is serene—uncrowded, clean, and truly peaceful.

Highly recommend this nice place to relax with your family and friends. Caretaker was approachable and friendly. Near at the beach and good ambience. Definitely 5 stars.

Like any other houses we booked here at La Serrano, we’re happy with the sleeping capacity and the beds are really comfy. There are rooms for improvement, like the fridge in the kitchen. We booked two houses today and the other house has fully functional fride. This was our 3rd booking at La Serrano, but first time using this unit.

The place is indeed beautiful! The caretakers are attentive and friendly. I would suggest adding hooks in the bathroom, as it was a bit of a struggle to find a place to hang our clothes and towels. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay. 🥰

If you are looking for a private place near the beach this is the perfect Location just around 1 min walk. What you see in the photos is Exceeded my expectation when I see yhe House. If I will just recommend one thing is the exhaust fan in the kitchen is not working so it is very hard to cooked but that is only minimal still worth the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Erlyn and Jun's rest house! Erlyn and Jun were fantastic hosts! Everything was perfect — cozy, clean, and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for your hospitality! Would definitely stay again!😊

To start with Angelica and Eric is both responsive. After I booked the place there were changes in our itinerary Angelica went out of her way to help us check for other options and rooms to accommodate all our guests. When we arrived at their place everything was as described, Eric was so helpful and provided clear instructions which made everything so easy. During our stay there were questions and both of them responded right away. To top it off Angelica bought a new karaoke for us a day before our check out because the existing karaoke mic is not working. I mean what a generous host? Very worth it, not just the place but the service from both hosts is superb not to mention the bubbly Angelica who's truly an Angel. Thank you for making my seniors enjoy their stay. Very comportable place, overlooking views. For me this is highly recommended place to stay. Meet my expectation both photos and actual place. We had a great and memorable staycation with my family. The residence was good . Everything is well equipped But you should take your own bath supplies . There are two rooms and one bathroom One of room has double bed, the other room has sing bed with balcony (The balcony door is broken . Can not open) There is a convenient store which is 24hours . It was very good for us. Overall Good to stay for 2 or 3people

Ms. jing is very responsive and friendly host. Her place is very convenient, with restaurants and stores within the vicinity. The residences amenities are great. Plus its also near airport area. Do note also the unit have a nice balcony sunset view. This is very good for small families and senior citizens.

Super nice and quiet. Very relaxing place. A 10/10!!!

This house is exactly like to pictures. We had a fabulous time here. There is a beach across the street, but it’s not really for swimming; more for walking and checking out the tidal pools. The shining star of this property though is the caretaker Leilei who also lives on the property with her family. She was so incredibly welcoming and there for anything we needed (you will need her help to get food). She will cook for you, do laundry, clean, drive you, even give you a massage! The property has dogs and cats and horses and chicken and ducks pigs. It was such a wonderful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of a town. Keep in mind, from Manila you drive 4-5 hours, ferry 3 hours, then drive another hour to get to this house. It is a trek! But once youre there, Leilei takes great care of you :) In other notes, the wifi was excellent besides when the power went out which was I think twice. And you must keep the ac on otherwise your things will get moldy.

Our 3D2N stay at one of the huts were amazing. Although, tricycle drivers weren't too familiar with the huts itself, it is fairly easy to find if you know the more famous beach resorts within its vicinity. The place was really relaxing as less people were in the area. Amenities were basic, and it would really help if you bring your own cooking stuff. The place itself is fronting the beach.

Nice place to stay for a getaway. The property is next to the beachfront. Caretakers very helpful and accomodating. However, there is no free wifi to connect to just like any other places provide. This is significant to me since not all foreign guests have local phone network.

Everything was perfect. Elena and Patrick are great hosts, always helpful.
