Five people stayed with a family, there was enough space in the apartment for everyone, the apartment has everything you need. The location of the apartment is very good – close to shops, park, not far from the sea. Hosts are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We liked the apartment.

Central location, beautiful, clean, the property owner is always available, always responds positively, helpful, caring, the property is well maintained, clean, tidy, rich in kitchen utensils, highly recommended for families due to privacy, clean and tidy pool.

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Clean cozy apartment, very comfortable homemade bed, kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The hostess is friendly, actively communicates, gives recommendations and resolves any issues that arise. The territory of the complex is beautiful and well-maintained, the beach is cleaned, sunbeds are convenient. The sea entrance is rocky and I recommend taking your shoes for swimming. In September, the water park did not work every day (the slides agreed to launch only when more than 10 visitors will be recruited), the cinema and most of the slot machines worked, there are no balls for children in the bowling alley. It's possible that the service is better during the season.

The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, is close to the sea and central locations in the city. The owner was super attentive, called several times to check if we had everything we needed, even left is coins for the lift that lasted us a week. Even if the apartment is located in the older building, it is newly renovated and there is no dampness. Recommended place to stay.

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

Nino is a great person and responds very quickly, the house was very nice, close to the sea and had a great view. The house was clean, everything was as it appeared in the photo, thank you to the nino. Maybe we'll see you again someday

This apartment is on the 24th floor and has a great balcony view on the mountains and football arena . Stores around , Wilmart is a great choice next to condominium , also fresh fruit and vegetable stands. Street parking hasn’t been an issue next to school any time of the day . Beach is only two blocks away with lots of places to rent bikes. And hosts are always there to respond

A great large apartment for relaxing with a sea view. The apartment has everything for a carefree life. Great restaurants and a beautiful promenade nearby. Pharmacies and convenience stores are around the corner. The host met with wine, told about the peculiarities of rest in Batumi, helped at the first request. Highly recommended host Davit!

The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that Nana responded quickly and was flexible. The room is quiet and has no problems with amenities.The interior is decorated with lovely paintings.Grand Mall and Will Mart are very conveniently located nearby.The location is great and overall it's good value for money and recommended.Internet and electricity fees will be sent to the host's bank account.

The accommodation is well situated, 5 min walking distance from the sea, shops and restaurants. We were with 2 kids and spent 9 nights in Ruslan's apartment. Recommend!

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!
