Giorgi’s place felt like home away from home. We had a great time there and would certainly consider it if we ever get back to this area. It’s a 3-storey villa. There’s 8 bedrooms total, 4 on second and third floor each. 2 of them on each floor have smaller bathrooms and there’s also 1 bigger bathroom on the first floor. This brings total count of bathrooms to 5. The yard is well-maintained, with a newly installed pool that was cleaned and serviced daily by a local company. There’s also a nice covered bbq area so you can cook shashlik even when it rains. The yard also has a gazebo with some outdoor seating, enough for a big group (there was 11 of us). Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Georgiana

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Чистые уютные апартаменты, очень удобная оргомная кровать, на кухне есть все необходимое. Хозяйка приветливая, активно общается, дает рекомендации и решает возникшие вопросы. Территория комплекса красивая и ухоженная, пляж убирают, лежаки удобные. Заход в море каменистый, рекомендую взять обувь для купания. В сентябре уже аквапарк работал не каждый день (горки соглашались запускать только когда наберется более 10 посетителей), не работали кинотеатр и большинство игровых автоматом, в боулинге не предусмотрено шаров для детей. Возможно в сезон с сервисом дела обстоят получше.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern für 6 Tage zu einem Familienurlaub in Batumi. Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für Familien und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Ednar und seine Familie waren sehr liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Sie halfen uns bei der Anreise und uns erwarteten zur Begrüßung diverse Köstlichkeiten ( Schokolade, Gebäck, Wein), sodass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause fühlten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren unsere Gastgeber immer erreichbar und fragten auch, ob sie uns bei diversen Ausflügen oder anderen Dingen, die wir benötigten, unterstützen können. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und alles ist genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Am Abreisetag wurde uns die Wohnung unkompliziert gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis länger zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir Batumi erneut besuchen. Хотим выразить слова благодарности Маике и ее супругу Дуки за гостеприимство. Нас встретили рано утром в аэропорту и помогли добраться до квартиры, рассказали где лучшие пляжи, куда обязательно стоит съездить, и что попробовать. Постоянно были на связи и помогали в решении всех возникающих вопросов. Отдыхали компанией из четырех человек и остались очень довольны. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. До моря пешком минут 15. Рядом есть небольшие магазины, несколько аптек. До крупного супермаркета пешком минут 10-15. До Старого Батуми без проблем добирались на практически любой маршрутке за 0,5 лари (ехать минут 10). Несмотря на то, что нам не очень повезло с погодой, отпуск мы провели замечательно, в частности благодаря Маике и Дуки. Большое спасибо за великолепный отдых!

This apartment is on the 24th floor and has a great balcony view on the mountains and football arena . Stores around , Wilmart is a great choice next to condominium , also fresh fruit and vegetable stands. Street parking hasn’t been an issue next to school any time of the day . Beach is only two blocks away with lots of places to rent bikes. And hosts are always there to respond

Мы снимали квартиру Ираклия более чем пол года. За это время мы много раз общались с Ираклием и убедились что он человек на которого можно смело положиться. Ираклий всегда был очень отзывчивым и шел нам на встречу. Квартира хорошо расположена - в непосредственной близости располагаются множество магазинов и кафе. До моря можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Хорошая транспортная доступность. В квартире есть все необходимое даже для длительного проживания - посуда, бытовая техника - все исправно работает. Квартира оснащена индивидуальным отопление и кондиционером. Квартира чистая и удобная. Горячо рекомендуем останавливаться у Ираклия.

Great apartment in the heart of the Old Town Batumi, clean, well appointed and stylishly decorated. Minimal and tasteful. High ceilings with mouldings, charming balcony and all round relaxing and comfortable space. Linda is a very communicative, provides clear instructions, is flexible and accommodating. Lots of great bars and restaurants in the vicinity, the piazza is a short distance away, and the port is also a very short walk. If you're going to visit Batumi then this gem is a perfect for either solo travelers or couples.

おすすめです！とても清潔で快適な部屋。毎日、窓から黒海を眺める事が出来ます。食器や電子レンジなど生活に必要な物は揃っています。セキュリティは問題無し。wifiも安定しています。トイレ、シャワーの排水も問題無い。エアコンが2台あるので暖かいです。ホストのlsikさんは返答が早くて丁寧です。周辺にはGrand MallやWill Martがあり、海まで歩いて5分かかりません。とても素晴らしい滞在でした。 少し気になるのは、目の前の道路に夜になると音がうるさい車やバイクが頻繁に通る事。

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Поездка выдалась отличной, доброжелательный и очень приветливый хозяин! Очень уютный и комфортный дом. Выделенные спальни, что максимально удобно для размещения нескольких гостей. Имеется все удобства. Все техника идеально работает. В квартире имеется стиральная машина, холодильник, газовая плитка, все кухонные принадлежности, сушилка, телевизор. Также имеется дополнительное постельное белья. Для больших групп людей все очень удобно. Местоположение хорошая. Хозяин апартамент очень доброжелательный Встретил, обустроил! Одним словом рекомендую 👍

The place is great! Very spacious, well maintained! And the photos are not going it justice its better in reality 😄. Awesome place for big groups! But a little far from the center that’s it. Everything else is 10/10

В квартире есть всё необходимое для длительного проживания. Манук был на связи по всем вопросам. В квартире есть большая терраса, на фото этого нет и было приятным сюрпризом!)

Good place, not far from the sea, not far from shops and bazaar. Fresh fruits and vegetables are very close. Clean flat. In the kitchen and shower, you can find everything that you need. Very nice view from all rooms.
