We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

That’s good place to stay over one week, my monthly stay was peaceful and calm, the apartment is furnished with all needs. The place is in walkable distance from city town. The only problem that can be is not stable hot water in the building and really slooow elevator. Everything else was great!

I had an unexpected change in plans and decided to stay at OrbiCity, a place I've been before. Though the front desk gets crowded, the staff remains approachable. The rooms, rightly priced, are ideal for solo or duo travelers. Its central location means easy living, and any major issues would likely need country-level solutions. High-floor rooms offer beautiful views, making the hotel great value for money. It boasts the area's fastest internet, though playing games like Fortnite in Georgia is still borderline. They could use more front desk staff, improve air conditioning, address frequent power cuts, and fix the unique elevator button system where you press your floor +1. These appear more hotel than host issues. Considering this, short stays, especially with superhosts like Kristina, seem logical. Thanks.

If you plan to stay by the black sea in Georgia, Cottage Petra is one of the best choices. You can reach the beach within a 10-minute walk. Kohbuleti is nearby for restaurants etc. The cottage itself is super nice and comfortable, with all the comforts. You can cook well and eat on the balcony with beautiful views over the black sea. In the garden, you can also have a BBQ. The host and his family are very accommodating and kind. In short, a very unique and beautiful place.

The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.
