Overall, great place to stay for longer period of time. Ideal for a couple. Low density building with 6 floors. PH2 had a large balcony with partial sea view. Internet was strong and easy access to laundry machine. Bed is large and comfortable. Close to Gurney malls and hawker places. Shower pressure was strong, but sink water pressure was low. AC worked great. For some reason, a few mosquitoes buzzing around despite closed windows and doors. To summarize, we would stay here again.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I truly felt at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay with nice view facing the ocean.

Roland is the best host we ever had on Airbnb. He was so helpful, generous, kind, proactive! He took us to three different supermarkets on our first morning. We had flown a long way and we were very tired so it was great that next day we didn't even had to think. He drove us and waited for us to go shopping for food. His apartment is amazing! He has everything you can possibly need. Everything! I could cook without any problems. He has many pots, pans, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, hoover, everything... even stuff for my daughter to play in the swimming pool. We were very happy there and felt like home. It was peaceful, there are no noisy neighbours, the view of the ocean is very calming. I am very happy we chose his place on our stay in Penang. Thank you very much Roland :)
