We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was just perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the wellness area – the sauna and the Jacuzzi were clean and ideal for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The location was quiet, perfect for a relaxing time. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! We felt comfortable from the first day and were able to relax well. The tips for the motorcycle were very helpful and also that we could park for free in Vienna was great. The kitchen was well equipped, so you could do whatever you wanted. The pool was also great, so you had a welcome refreshment on hot days.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house and the communication with Roland and Rali were very friendly and we felt really welcome. You really rarely experience so much hospitality. The house is very nice and we already miss the stove. The area is charming, a perfect family vacation. We will remember the days very fondly. Many thanks to Roland and Ralitza. We came to Hévíz for treatment. The apartments are conveniently located, a good road junction. Despite being some distance from the bath, even for a person with leg problems, the movement did not bring discomfort. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, comfortable sleeping places. The remoteness of the apartment provides quiet and peaceful evenings for family leisure. Thank you very much.

Very cozy, large and sparkling clean apartment. Looks very new and great. We also enjoyed the garden/meadow in front of the house and the herb garden 💚 Horst is also super friendly and helpful!

Assalam Alaykum As if I had left my heart in El Tendorf and returned to Saudi Arabia ! : Incidentally, I found this place in Airbp.. and the first time I (lived) through the program And the first time I went to the lower Austria (south of Vienna) .. I chose it because it is hotter than the north (I fear for my children of changing the atmosphere) and this coincidence was better than a thousand times. : I have visited more than 11 countries , and the third time I have visited Austria , but it is the first time that everything has been completed in my bookings ! * Quiet as if you were the only one! * Even the workers there barely see them but everything is clean and tidy ! * Your trees and the garden are surrounded by a river at the back of 150 meters. * Kitchen appliances, room design and the arrangement of the place all met in one place despite this difficulty! : Sister Michelle was communicating with me and reacting quickly All my questions answered comfortably You advise me of places and point to the events of Ali She was good to deal with even the mistakes of my children that Michelle alluded : I hope the place stays as beautiful as you saw it And that the staff there should always be good Thanks to them the size of Heaven and Earth (God be witness) that my heart is still attached to the place ✅ Khalid

Had a great stay at Steven’s for a few days. The unit looks bigger than in the photos, and we had enough space to move around in even with 2 large luggages and a cot set up. Had several requests to Steven, and he was very fast to address each one of them - just very easy to communicate with overall. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is very large and spacious. Everything was very clean, the couch very cozy, the big TV also perfect for a chill-out evening in the room. The usable spa area is also completely satisfactory, nice pools & saunas and very good opening hours. We will be happy to come back.

We feel grateful as we booked this place very last minute since our car broke down when driving through there. Seppi’s place has everything you need, great location where is close to everything, easy to check in, no problem communicating. Very recommend!

Beautiful house. It is a large villa with an apartment inside. 3 large bedrooms, large kitchen and living room and a large terrace. Garden with trees and parking inside the premises. The family lives there, so the arrival was very comfortable and flexible. We were attended to by the son in English, very friendly and polite. Highly recommended. There is a restaurant a 4-minute walk away that serves huge portions.
