The Donghae Beach with waves is right in front of you within 3 steps It is the best place to relax in an independent space. You remodeled the old house, but it's very clean and both the outside and inside are so beautiful. I've traveled to many pensions I'm 100% sure that this is the first time I've revisited my friends.

It's the best for the price! It's much larger and cleaner than the photos! It was so nice to have two bathrooms! There are two toilets, so you can use them without waiting. The large bathroom is also neat and clean with pink tiles! Yeongildae Beach is also a 5-10 minute walk away! I was worried about parking, but it was so nice to have a parking space right in front of the accommodation! It's a place I want to stay again next time I go to Pohang! I'm happy because I think it's a more perfect trip thanks to the accommodation! I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I hope you're happy and prosper!

It's the best for a family (2 adults, 1 middle school student, 1 elementary school student) as a travel accommodation! Camping, arcade, beam project, etc. It's so good that I don't want to go out with the kids. There are three rooms, so I think it would be nice to come with my parents next time.

All the bedding and towels are clean and well maintained, so the whole family uses it well. There was a canal right in front, so it was nice to take a walk.

The house was tidy and the bedding was clean, so I rested well! The kitchen was spacious, so it was great for the whole family to use! It was a shame that there wasn't a separate barbecue space, but only a table and a brazier were prepared at the entrance of the accommodation, but the barbecue heat was so good that I grilled and ate the meat well!!

The view was really pretty because it was right in front of Pohang Canal. The house is clean and I'm satisfied!!!

Three of us went, and there were plenty of beds, so we were able to sleep comfortably. There is a large table, so it is easy to eat and pray. There was a TV and a sofa in the living room, so it was nice to watch a movie together in the evening. It was really comfortable because there were all the necessary daily necessities (including cleansing oil and foam)!

There is no private parking lot in the property, but there is a street parking space within a minute's walk, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience. As I opened the door to the accommodation, I was really impressed by the unique scent of Hanok and the neatly arranged courtyard landscape. There were photo zones all over the space, so it was good for taking pictures, and the bathroom and kitchen were neatly organized without a single drop of water. The bedding was clean, and plenty of towels were prepared, so there was no discomfort at all. In the evening, it was a great atmosphere to sit on the floor with the yard lights on and have a beer. Overall, it is a place where you can feel the host's thoughtful consideration, and it is a place where I would definitely want to stay again if I go to Gyeongju next time:)

I stayed last summer and booked another place with the same host. There was an unexpected inconvenience, but they responded quickly and finished well. The flat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. If you're driving, there's parking available in the building, which was very convenient. Denis was super kind and proactive, always making sure we were doing well. We had a great stay. Thank you Denis!

It's right in front of Hwanho Park. I liked that the accommodation was quiet even though it was around a tourist attraction. The best part was that the accommodation was so clean. From the duvet, to the towels, to the floor I think the management is really thorough. I'll visit again next time.

We really enjoyed our stay there, the location is very good with bus stop nearby and a walkable distance to various attractions. The place was clean and quiet and the host is very friendly! There is no elevator so take note of that if you have heavy luggage.

The kids loved it. The accommodation was clean, and I really had a comfortable stay thanks to the host's thoughtful consideration. However, it was late at night when we went to the accommodation, and it was a little scary because there were no streetlights due to construction on the way to the accommodation, or maybe it was because it was the first time I went there. Other than that, I was very satisfied. Small snacks and a clean kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. Also, we checked in late, and they even left the lights on for us. I was so touched by this thoughtful consideration. Thanks to you, I had a comfortable rest.

It was a lodging I booked for a bridal shower! The host is really kind and... the accommodation is more beautiful in real life than the photo! It's full of emotion... and the view is amazing. It was enough for five people to stay, and I was grateful that you prepared plenty of towels. If I go to Pohang again, this is the place I'd like to go again. It was so nice to have a bridal shower.

After a hectic time of play, I checked in late, but I had to get the key, and the manager on the first floor found out late that I had to work until 10 o'clock. They responded kindly over the phone and came in without hesitation. I'm sorry. I think having access to the sauna facility is one of the big advantages. The market is nearby, so it's good to get up in the morning and eat a quick meal. Loved the location as well. Good rest. Thank you.

We loved our stay in the apartment. It was relatively easy to find and the instructions were very clear. The apartment was very spacious and bright. It had all the amenities you could think of. It felt more like staying at a friend's house. The place had everything. It felt very homely. The host was responsive and helpful. The apartment is about a 5-minute taxi ride away from the main historical sights. I would love to stay there again.

Very nice and spacious room with good amenities. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. The room was clean and tidy as well. Convenient location and the local area is quite quiet at night. The only downside is that inside the building the soundproofing is not particularly good. Would still recommend!
