L Hanok Stay was built as a private Hanok guesthouse in April 2023, after a year of remodeling work, following the purchase of a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add modern convenience while adding the elegance of Hanok, and we tried to add a European style to give it a variety. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located in a location where you can go to the road to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmajeong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive) around Hwangnidan-gil. The use of the jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW for paid use.

It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.
