The apartment is easy to find , it is very clean and the check-in is simple. Everything was perfect. Impeccable kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed the tranquility and the opportunity to take a bus on the corner. A butcher shop and a small grocery store are within walking distance. The host responds quickly. We would recommend it without hesitation.

This property is AMAZING! Saverio was quick to reply to our questions and had plenty of suggestions of things to do during our stay. We had dinner two nights at the villa that Saverio’s parents prepared. Despite the language barrier and with the help of google translate, we loved talking with his parents. The property was super clean and was perfect for our family of 8 ranging in age from 78-12. The pictures as great as they are don’t do it justice. We can’t wait to go back.

We visited Italy for the first time and we're so glad we chose this wonderful little house. The hosts were incredibly kind and always ready to help. Thank you for your support! The location is amazing: the scenery is beautiful, and the house has all the amenities we needed. The interior is decorated in a charming Tuscan style, which adds to the cozy atmosphere. There are adorable dogs and cats on the property, which was a delightful touch. It was peaceful and quiet, with stunning views from the windows. There's a grocery store just a 10-minute walk away, which was really convenient. We enjoyed exploring the surroundings of Monte San Savino and checking out the local attractions. It was a fantastic vacation, and we would happily return here again!

We had a really beautiful stay at Patrizia's place. Location is very central to the old town, close to restaurants etc., parking was short walking distance 2-5min from accommodation. Apartment is nice and spacious and the terrace with garden was perfect. Patrizia even allowed us to use Garage for bikes and baby stroller storage which was perfect because entry door to the apartment is bit tight. She even sourced local olive oil for us to take home! If you like cycling, and want to explore Tuscany, this is perfect place. PS: Ostematto pizza is above and beyond everything we tasted in region and it is 3min walk from the place.
