We have had a WORK on the block in front that has generated some annoying noises during the week, since they do not work on weekends, but the City Council has informed us that they will end on October 18, 2025. Well connected, a 5-minute walk from the Retiro and a 25-minute walk from the Salamanca neighborhood. Buses 3 minutes from the house, Pacifico Line 1_Blue Metro stop and 15 minutes from Atocha station. Very close to the Salamanca neighborhood and the Retiro Park.
