Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We liked the apartment very much, it is very well furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Mattresses in the bedroom are great, nice balcony and huge roof terrace. The complex with pool is really nice and communication with Anna is quick and professional. But you should also have a car to do the shopping.

Wonderful place to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spacious, comfortable and well connected. Close to shops, crystal clear water beaches, and cities to visit. The stay was great; all sorting without just visual noise. We were very comfortable. A wonderful experience. We would definitely repeat. THANK YOU!

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

Absolutely amazing location right inside the Finca Cortesin Resort! You get all the perks of the resort, including 24-hour security and top-notch restaurants (Japanese, Italian, and even a Michelin-starred one). The penthouse offers stunning panoramic sea views and overlooks the driving range. Finca Cortesin is simply gorgeous—a golfer’s paradise! Along with Valderrama, it’s one of the best courses in Spain and even hosted the Solheim Cup. The atmosphere is super relaxing. Enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony after a round of golf—just perfect!

Brand new and clean apartment with great styling and everything needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. There is a big smart TV with YouTube (which was great for our kids). Fast wireless internet (we used up to four smart devices simultaneously with no issues). The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds and furniture are comfortable overall. There’s a great terrace with furniture and illumination. The bathrooms are clean. The urbanization is quiet and in a good location, convenient for commuting and traveling around. The pool is clean with a pleasant water temperature. There’s a dedicated garage spot, which is quite spacious, and plenty of free parking spaces outside. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider this apartment if we visit this area next time.

We've had a very nice stay here. Nice and spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large terrace with a lovely view. Pool area was just great.

If you want to stay in a good rent in Malaga we suggest you to book this apartment! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge living room and a spacious kitchen, Kelly’s apartment had answers all our requirements. If you have a car, you can even go to Marbella and it’s only 25 minutes of driving. We spent an amazing stay in Kelly’s apartment and we would like to thank her for her kindness and her hospitality!! Great apartment!!

Beautiful condo, with great views, super comfortable and functional. The washing maschine was great to have as budget airlines force you to travel light, but somehow the washing machine was not inluded in the pictures, however when we asked, Julia answered promptly. I like coocking a lot, so I felt the kitchen could be better equipped and knives sharpened.

Virginia , was a wonderful host sorted a taxis for our return to the airport and couldn't be more helpful. only down side for us was the apartment is a bit out the way from restaurant and bars . you really need to get a taxi . really could be doing with hire car next time . on the plus side the sea views from the balcony and roof top were outstanding. would really recommend the apartment but have a car at hand to get about .

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

One of the best airbnb hosts I have ever come across and we travel all throughout the years across many countries! relaxed and easy. Also the amenities were amazing, the apartment was full equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be back and will highly recommend to friends and family!

The apartment is in an excellent location. 15 minutes walk from the airport. Lots bars, restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes. The roof top is a real sun trap.
