House vacation rentals in Budva Municipality

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

Świetna lokalizacja dla osób chcących wypocząć z dala od zgiełku miasta i tłumu; wyposażanie domu bogatsze niż w ogłoszeniu; ogród, liczba tarasów, miejsca do spędzania czasu na zewnątrz, cień które dawały drzewa, bardzo wyróżnia ten dom od innych. Sprzęt nie jest najnoweszej generacji, ale wszystko jest (pralka, zmywarka, opiekacz kanapek, grill, mikrofala, kuchnia do gotowania, piekarnik) i wszystko działa. Pościel jest przyjemna, pachnąca. Niekoncząca się ilość ręczników. Samochód parkuje się w zacienionym miejscu. Widok na góry, na morze i roślinność w ogrodzie daje ukojenie. Blisko do restauracji jesli nie ma sie ochoty na gotowanie i do małego skepiku spożywczego, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzonego. Doskonałe wsparcie gospodarza. Bylismy w 2 rodziny z dziecmi. Doskonały dom na spedzanie czasu razem i osobno od dzieci. Dorosli na gorze, dzieci na dole. Basen 12m długosci przerósł nasze oczekiwania Jesli miałabym wrócic do Czarnogóry, to tylko do French House. Dziekujemy

wunderbare Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Küste. Erfrischender Pool und gute Ausstattung. Tolle Lage zwischen highlife Küste und bergigem Hinterland. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflugsziele (in der Hauptsaison muss an der Küste zu Stoßzeiten Zeit für Staus einberechnet werden, beginnend mit den Grenzübergängen). Weltoffene, zuvorkommende und zugewandte Gastgeber, Pedrag und Klaus, die geduldig auf alle unsere Fragen eingegangen sind und gute Tipps gaben. Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Zeit - vielen Dank!

Amazing place to stay with your family. Super nice and responsive hosts. We even got a small welcome and good buy gifts. Would definitely come back. One needs a car to go around as there is no pavement along the roads by the coast. Gets perfect once you rent a car / come with the own one.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

Had a great holiday, the villa was clean and in a great location to a few main towns we wanted to visit. We all enjoyed use of the pool. Got a little lost finding the villa but Svetlana’s instructions were very helpful. Would recommend!

Lovely Airbnb in a beautiful spot on a hill overlooking the ocean. The pool and outdoor cooking area are great. Nina’s father lives upstairs but has a separate entrance to his home. He was very friendly and helped us make a restaurant reservation and gave us homemade spirit on arrival. It is a steep walk to the beach / village but walkable. As others have mentioned, the bedrooms do get hot at night (one has aircon) but 3 others don’t. Nina / her father kindly lent us a fan when I asked about this but ideally a fan for each room would be helpful. Overall a fantastic stay and wonderful property to relax in!

Cezar holiday home is a unique, stylish villa with a lovely garden and a perfect panorama. The huge terraces/balconies are suitable for having (and preparing) a dinner with the family outside, but having a sun-bath there is also a great feeling. We have also enjoyed the large spaces inside and air-condition in all rooms during hot nights. As being a group of 8 people (two families) we also highly appreciated the comfort secured by the 4 bathrooms. The villa is located at a quite place but still close to the beach. Also, 2 mini-markets and some restaurants can be found in few minutes' walking distance. Private parking is unfortunately not an option, however parking is free on the street and - as compared to other parts of Sveti Stefan - there is low level of traffic (dead end). Although there are not too many places, luckily, it was not an issue for us during our stay. Internet is also free, however it is secured through mobile internet with a monthly limit of data. We once ran out of the limit but it was flexibly handled and resolved.

Clean and efficient, at the back of the house with a little garden outside. Pluses: only gets direct sunlight in the late afternoon, and even that is through some fig leaves - so we didn't have to use the AC almost at all. Minuses: doesn't have a view of anything at all (save for a few modern buildings nearby), if you care about one. All in all, perfectly fine for one or two people to spend a few days in.

A great place with an amazing view ! A beautiful villa, with great facilities and a beautifully clean pool. Vladimir, the host was very hospitable and kind in providing recommendations and services. Would recommend this villa for families and friends !

Totally enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. Quiet and comfortable room. Better rent a car to easily reach the place. 15 min walk is St. Sava church and the view from the point is breathtaking!! Drobni pijesak nearby beach is worth visiting. Thousand thanks to Bosiljka for hosting us, for perfect breakfasts!

Logement agréable avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Belle piscine privée, propre avec terrasse aménagée pour se détendre. Appartements fonctionnels bénéficiant de climatisation. Endroit très calme avec accès aux plages à proximité. Très bonne communication avec Marko qui reste attentif si besoin.

Der Ausblick der Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns auf anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und haben bewusst eine Unterkunft gewählt, wo wir nicht direkt in der Stadt sind. Der Pool war eine gute Abkühlung, zur Stadt sind es lediglich 15 Min mit dem Auto. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, wir haben gegrillt, gekocht und eine tolle Zeit gehabt.

Мы провели здесь прекрасную неделю. Всё очень удобно, чисто, продуманы все бытовые мелочи. Ирина встретила нас, всё рассказала про жильё и окрестности. Всегда была на связи, если были вопросы. Очень приятно, что есть удобная и безопасная парковка. И конечно прекрасный сад с фиговым деревом, где можно сидеть в шезлонгах по вечерам. Всё очень душевно, видно, что хозяева любят своё дело. Будем рекомендовать друзьям и надеюсь, приедем ещё. Спасибо Ирине за отличный отдых)))

Evin konumu, denize uzaklığı ve sessiz olması harikaydı ancak internet ile ilgili sıkıntılar vardı. Szana (evin yardımcısı) harika biri, çok sıcak kanlı ve yardım severdi 🫶🫶🫶. Zorica’nın ev sahipliğinde konaklamayı öneririm..

Mila bizi kendi pişirdiği süpriz pasta ile karşıladı. Sorduğumuz her soruya anlık cevap verdi . Sadece ev konmaklamamız değil özel işlerimiz işin de oldukça fazla yardımcı oldular. Ev ile ilgili tek sorun klima olmaması yada pencerede sineklik olmamasıydı. Cam açtığımızda dışardan sinek giriyordu . Kapatınca içerisi çok sıcak oluyordu . Evin dekorasyonu da fazlasıyla ilgimizi çekti , sıcağa rağmen son derece keyif aldığımız bir tatil oldu .

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

All in all everything was good - quite far from the crowd village, a nice view, fresh air, cozy house. The only problem was WiFi - it did not work properly, it was slightly better downstairs. If you need to work (or just check and send emails) it might become a real problem.

We had a lovely time at Marko’s place. It’s totally worth it. The only problem is the narrow road leading to home but it is easy to get used to it ;)

Vi ankom tidligere enn planlagt til leiligheten, men Milos sin mor ordnet slik at vi kom oss inn. Sonja (moren) var svært hyggelig og gjestfri. Leiligheten var super! Kort avstand til både strand og gamlebyen. Anbefaler denne leiligheten på det sterkeste.

Unser Aufenthalt in den Bergen über Budva war einfach unvergesslich! Das Grundstück und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend – wir konnten uns gar nicht sattsehen. Die Lage ist sehr privat und wunderschön, perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit. Nikola hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Der Whirlpool und die Außendusche mit Blick auf die atemberaubende Landschaft waren definitiv die Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Der vorhandene Grill war auch super für gemütliche Abende. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! ---

We had a great stay in Sanja’s house. She, and her husband welcomed us, and showed us around. They kindly provided us with fresh fruits, wine and a cold pack of fruit juice. The house is in a small village, almost at the end of a road up the hill. This provides great views and a peaceful environment, away from the hustle and bustle at the coast. Depending on traffic, you can be ie. in Budva Stari Grad in 16 minutes. The road to the house and the parking i found ok with a rental car. The pictures are accurate (Aug 2024); some furniture changed, there is no microwave, yet there is an additional large fridge and a washing machine; there was limited natural shade as the plant pictured had a hard time this year. The amenity list shows no washing machine or hot water, yet both are there. Internet is based on wireless cell-tech, good enough to pick up some mails and read a newspaper (around 2mb/s download). Communication was easy (Sanja speaks English very well). Would recommend!
