Vacation rentals with beach access in Budva Municipality

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit, always quick to reply and assist with anything I needed. The place is in a great location — just a 15-minute walk to Budva Beach and the Old Town, which made it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

Great location, a bit hard to find initially. But very close to old town. Part of a hotel, so always someone welcoming you in. Clean and tidy, good amenities.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to stay, everything you could think of was provided in the apartment, even when we arrived, we had refreshments from the host waiting for us so we didn't run to the store right away and unpack, very easy communication with the host, who, despite sending all the necessary information for check-in, he also greeted us in person. There's a big store nearby where you'll find literally everything. You have to walk to the beach, but it's not a downside because we have peace and privacy. When we return to Budva, we will definitely book in this beautiful place.

Hello, everything was perfect for me and my mom. We really enjoyed the view and house. Location also was good for us near the good beaches by walk-in just 5 minutes and also near area you can find markets it was good. If we can come again we would like to stay at Irinas house. Thank you again.

Clean room. Location close to the beach, restaurants (on the beach), shops, city centre. Only thing that wasn’t good for me is distance to main street, so it was quite loudly accordingly to my standards, but guess this is a “cost” of being close to the city centre.

We booked this place last minute and Boris did his upmost to accommodate and host us! Location is on Main Street of old town, bustling with things to do and less than 1min walk to local beach! Boris was extremely helpful with recommendations, tourist/bus information and airport transfers. We were so grateful being first time visitors to Budva. If you’re looking for an authentic place in old town this is the place for you!

The host welcomed us with a smile and understanding. After getting to know the furniture in the house well, he kept in touch with us throughout our holiday and kept us informed. We had a very peaceful and trouble-free stay during our stay. I would like to thank the host.

Really nice apartment In a good cheaper area of Budva. However, was just quite challenging to find it as the location on Airbnb was wrong. Really enjoyed the stay though. Would recommend for sure

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

The apartment was great with private gated parking, only a two-minute walk from a shopping centre, supermarket and restaurants - and had all the utilities you could want

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

a large apartment with a balcony and the opportunity to spend time in the garden, in the shade of figs and near the grill. Important: There is no freezer in the fridge, but it is on the ground floor, shared. The hostess launders herself - in the evening he gave it, received it in the morning. There is a large and beautiful beach, with restaurants, cliffs. Along the way, there are many kiosks with all sorts of things and two - with wonderful vegetables and fruits. The place is very convenient for traveling by car - and parking is good, and the road is nearby. The hosts are attentive and friendly, know a lot about interesting places around, always happy to answer any questions.

Really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Frida. All exactly as described; clean and adequately stocked. The apartment upstairs was lovely, with a gorgeous vine covered balcony. It was perfect for meal times out there in late October. Downstairs is another area comprising a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a side room for sleeping a single. I have a suggestion for this space which I shall write to Danijela about. I have already recommended this place to 2 friends. Budva in October is perfect for me as I don’t like the hot sun. The apartment is right inside the old town walls and everything is within 5 minutes. Paying car park not too far. I’d go again. Danijela is an excellent host and responds quickly for any queries on site.

For the first time in my life, I was able to spend a whole week on the beach. In the morning, drink coffee listening to the sound of the waves. Relax the same in the evening. The place is perfect for 2 families. Each room has a large bed + a large extra bed. We were in 4 adults and 3 children 3.5,6yr. We will definitely be back next year. The house itself is very comfortable, the terrace is huge. Killi arranged for us to eat on arrival with home delivery from a local pizzeria. He arranged a boat tour the next day. He responded instantly, helped with everything. It's a good idea to come to him for such a pleasant vacation. In the town, there is a large modern store with great prices and an assortment. Lovely stay at Nicola’s! Great apartment, very spacious and Nicola was always on hand if we needed any help/recommendations!

We like apartment very much - very clean, well-equipped. The owner Carolina is very helpful, gave us advices and answered within 5 minutes. The photos are real. The only problem was slow internet but it is even better as we did not spend much time scrolling phones. The parking lot is a good advantage as it is really challenging to find a parking space in this area.

We rested for 12 days, I really liked it! Friendly and helpful hosts, will tell you and help! Speaking English well, they also understand Russian with a bang! Great view of the apartment, convenient location - 6-7 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby is the old town, no noise, which is very important! I definitely recommend choosing this place - if you want to visit the city of Budva! Lovely and kind hosts Igor and Viasna are great and hospitable hosts! ♥️😊

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.
