Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Budoni

The place was large and spacious, two very nice renovated bathrooms, two very large terraces each with a very well-kept garden and a third roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed including a modern 4-burner induction stove. The hot water worked perfectly everywhere and there was comfortable garden furniture in sufficient quantity. The mattresses in the bedroom were also comfortable. In the neighboring village of Santa Teresa, which is a few minutes' drive away, there is good and delicious gastronomy, which we also enjoyed several times. We liked the whole area very much and our landlord Matteo and his team are always easily accessible should you need them. We'd love to come back! Thanks, Matteo!

We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The apartment is quietly located and larger cities such as Palau can be reached in 10-15 minutes. I would book the apartment again anytime.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is located in a very nice area and also very child-friendly. Everything was very clean, the beautiful view, the fenced garden, the short walk to the beach (approx. 5 minutes) and the private parking space behind a locked gate were very nice. Most of all, we enjoyed the tranquility and sunrises, which will always be remembered. We would come back. The host Alessio was also always accommodating and always responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you Alessio!

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. The terrace is always cool and provides a shaded space in case of hot weather. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning, just the fan was enough. The apartment is not new but is in very good condition: clean and tidy. Host hospitality was friendly. We were greeted with fresh water bottles and small juices for the children by the owners. Budoni is a lively town with some evening activities for families, very nice. It is not especially quiet in the evening, it is a lively and noisy town at night, we could hear the music until late but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The apartment is 2-3min walk to a nice beach, clean and family-friendly, this one is not too crowded and is therefore easy to get there and spend the day. We had a pleasant stay with the family. A place with a captivating view of the sea and a nearby island. You can spend your entire vacation on this deck. Private garden. Near several beaches belonging to the resort, hot water, sand, a portion of the bottom with stones. Great place for a 2+2 or 2+3 family. You can use a car or a willingness to walk in a beautiful neighborhood - shops and a nearby harbor are about 1.5 km away. Extremely helpful host. We came for a few days for a full-day rest and we were surprised by the lack of a shop in the immediate area. Maria Rosa offered to drive us to the store and wait for us to shop for a few days. Thanks to the rest of the stay, we were able to spend a carefree rest.

This is stunning place and Simone is a great host! We loved it and will be back. The terrace is incredible and great way to start and end the day, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was great, it had all we needed and the cool box was a lovely touch. We hired a car which was great for exploring and helpful to have a good spot to park it. Amazing beaches, wonderful restaurants (a number were closed during our stay) and very close to Olbia, the airport and a nice little mall. Simone was helpful and responsive and we are grateful. Excellent week at an impressive location. Direct access to the "Cala" (small beach) from the property and really nice sea-view. The property had everything it listed and included the use of a Kayak and a SUP.

We had a lovely stay in Sardinia, with our 4-year-old daughter. Very good communication with the host, responsive, and help with locations. Very nice welcome too. The accommodation is very well located and has a nice view of the island. The space is a little too dark for my taste due to exposure, the kitchen is not very ergonomic (and therefore less convenient for someone tall) and the shower is a little small. Maybe one or two cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are missing😊. We put 5 stars because it didn't spoil our stay, and the value for money is very good.

Beach house incl. direct access to the beach. A dream. Sunrises and the beach exceptional. The house has everything you need is well-equipped and very comfortable. Lorenzo always helped us quickly and directly. A host the way you want him. Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back and give a 100% recommendation.

Milina is an amazing hostess. Place was spacious and spotless and a great base for exploring the local mountains and beaches.

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Paolo and his wife were extremely helpful with check-in and very flexible check-out. A small problem with the lock on the front door was quickly resolved within the day and Paolo was so kind as to also bring us a tray with typical Sardinian sweets. He was also always easily reachable even if there was no need and he took care to ask us halfway through the vacation if everything was okay. The apartment, as described, is clean, fully equipped and directly on the sea: wonderful to be able to have lunch and dinner outside with a beautiful view. There is a parking space on the property and also the outdoor hot shower, very convenient to avoid bringing sand and dirt into the apartment. The sea needs no description: crystal clear as only that of Sardinia can be. What can I say: too bad the vacation is already over. Thanks to Paolo and his family for their kindness and courtesy.

Great place, super central and equipeed with everything you need for a week long stay. Franco (the manager) is super responsive and friendly. Definitely recommended!
