A fully furnished kitchen is available on the living , completed by Tv and sofa . The offer of property is completed by a double bedroom ( one twin and 1 double ) and a bathroom with shower . Air conditioning , wi-fi connection and washing machine .

It is accessed from a private garden with a terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
