Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

Our apartment Conscious Being is in the lovingly renovated main house of the historic water mill Stenten. Your place to slow down, surrounded by a small water landscape. The cozy, light-filled apartment overlooks the historic stream, a natural pond, and the 650-year-old oak, and the 650-year-old oak. It is located on the raised ground floor and can be reached via a steep stair. If you are poorly on foot, please switch to one of our other four apartments.

Our apartment is just the thing for nature lovers. Next door is the historic water mill. Shopping as well as restaurants can only be found one place away. Our maritime, hygge apartment is located in the attic of a historic building in Rendsburg's old town. The marina, attractions, shopping street, restaurants, cafes and shopping are very close. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

The three apartments are located in a traditional Rendsburger Kaufmannshaus, in the center of the Altstadt, directly at the ship bridge square within the pedestrian zone. Apartment Eider (DTV 3 stars) on the 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with double bed, a living room with integrated kitchenette, sofa with coffee table, dining table, hallway, shower room, a storage room – together approx. 40 m².

Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours near Schleswig! Located between Schlei and Hüttener Bergen - each only about 5 km away. The Selker Noor with its own swimming area is only 3.4 km away, and the Viking village of Haitabu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also very close, as are Gottorf Castle, Schleswig Cathedral and the harbor.
