The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Guests will have access to the whole gallery and fully equipped kitchen, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the galery, including a combined living sleeping area and a loft style bathtub and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

We had a super great time at Simone's great place. We didn't miss anything and were able to switch off great. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and if you don't have enough of the pool during the day, you can admire the starry sky from the hot tub at night. The only thing to consider. We came by public transport and had to walk to the train station on the day of departure (50 min), as neither bus nor taxi/bolt or Uber are available on Sundays. Maybe as a little info... but of course has nothing to do with the wonderful place itself! We will be happy to come back!

The place was very nice and clean – you felt comfortable from the first moment. The location is perfect. Directly opposite there are shopping facilities and the bus stop is right outside the door – ideal for excursions in the area. Communication with Jörg was straightforward and very pleasant. If you had any questions, he was immediately available and always helped quickly. A special highlight was the hot tub in the evening – perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. We fully recommend the place and would come back anytime!
