Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

It was a pleasant experience, a lot of privacy and the fact that it is only adults makes the accommodation more pleasant as there is almost no noise, the neighborhood is very safe.

Our family (daughters ages 19 & 21) loved Casa Achara! The convenience to beach and town was unmatched. After a busy morning/afternoon it was great to come back and lounge in the pool to plan our next move. We joined the band which played below us one night, and the other nights, while we heard the music from 9:30-11:30, it was nothing that a sound machine from my phone couldn’t drown out. Ebony’s recommendations were fantastic. A tequila tasting at the house with David at Taste of Sayulita was the perfect thing to kick off our stay. Captain Pato took us fishing/snorkeling one day. We caught a ton of fish and then made some ceviche for us to enjoy. We asked them to clean one fish for us and we cooked that at the house that evening, paired with pasta and we made fresh margaritas from leftover tequila. Ally Cat trip to Marietas Islands was is a MUST! Umbrellas/chairs at Don Pantaleon’s were $15 - service was great! Thai food cooked by Ebony’s husband Sam topped off a perfect stay!

Great location, it's the same as the photos shared, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At the reception they treated us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

A pleasant stay, the apartment is furnished with all the amenities, the communication was excellent, Alejandro and his family were always very kind. I hope to return soon.

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Thank you big! Margaret and her staff were amazing! Carmen was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was an extra special touch. We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

This home is extremely as the pictures show, serene and beautiful! The property care takers Oscar and his wife are the best, extremely sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and very hard workers. We truly enjoyed staying here and can’t wait to go back. Home away from home 🥰

Beautiful place to stay. The A/C system worked well and was essential for our comfort. The building has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hike up to the property is challenging but manageable although Uber Drivers did struggle to ascend the steep slopes especially after rain which makes the cobblestone roads extremely slick. Overall the place was amazing, we had a good time here and the location was good for touristy activities.

Miguel was always attentive to the chat and responded quickly. Vero is the most. Pending everything, keep everything clean. Towels always smelled clean. The building is very nice, with lots of pools, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful beach.

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. We loved the place, very nice, clean, safe, a very good location a few minutes from many local attractions, in addition Juan Ramón was always attentive and available, both for questions about the Airbnb and for local recommendations. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

This Condo was great and with an amazing view. It had everything we needed, clean and very spacious. My family and I had a great time here. We loved the pools. The only thing that was missing was regular towels.. they only have pool towels and beach towels, but other than that everything was great. We will definitely be coming back soon.
