Excellent for long stays, communication was amazing, everything was very organized and the neighbors were very friendly Bucerias 10 minutes or less and the beaches too, supermarket 5 minutes walk to stock up the pantry, the pool is very clean As an observation, the bathrooms and bedrooms needed cleaning, but we loved everything else, identical to the photos!

The place is very comfortable and very spacious for several people, the rooms are very well equipped and in the kitchen you can find all the basics for cooking. It is located in a very good place, there are many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner very close by and you can walk. Very kind of the person who communicated with me, he was always attentive to what we might need. From the beginning, the directions to the place were very clear and he always answered very kindly. The only thing I would comment about the place is that more towels could be added to the rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Bucerías! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy outdoor space. Pao was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a charming town, I recommend this place.

We just left Casa del Arbol and words can’t express how wonderful this place is! Juan is an excellent host, great communication & gave lots local recommendations. The house is private, secluded yet close to all restaurants in Boca; it has everything you need to make meal and from the terraces to the pool, to the views from the bedroom & all around, it’s hard to match! We loved our morning coffees watching the birds and the town below. Just go, won’t be disappointed. Muchas gracias Juan y Arturo!

Beautiful place, very good service, very friendly

Host are very nice , neighbors are friendly , area little noise and dusty because larger construction in front of the house ! It will better after finish countruction .

The accommodation is a gem, very nice, impeccable and very close to the beach. It has everything you need, in addition to the nice touch of the chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Had a wonderful time. It’s true that it’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk into town, but it makes for a peaceful stay. I work remotely and have lots of phone calls during the day and had no issue with my door closed making work calls without any Disruptions.

Everything is as described. An amazing location central to the malecon and zona romantica. If you don't mind a walk everything is within 15 minutes walk from restaurants, tours, clubs, beach. literally everything!

It is a very cozy place, very quiet to rest, beautiful view from the pool area, the apartment is very clean, everything is tidy, in the area there are many places to walk, the beach is close, there are squares and shopping centers nearby, it is a very good place to take a vacation...

This place is amazing! If you are looking for a great place to relax and have access to PV. This is a great place to choose. Gonzalo Is very responsive and super helpful with excursions and activities to consider while visiting. The roof top is amazing!! The views are memorable and the staff is top notch! We will definitely be considering this place when we visit PV again.

Really enjoyed the stay here. warning this condo is on a very steep hilly area, there are steps that help lead you to the street but do not book if you have a hard time climbing up and down. such a beautiful location with the sweetest local cats around and kind people. heated pool and jacuzzi. near a lot of great eats and near the beach. omar was super helpful, and even though the fridge was broken which was a small inconvenience he responded to the matter quickly. would stay here again 👍🏻

We loved our stay at Raul's place, lots of great places to eat nearby, Costco and La Comer a short walk, plus several small local shops for everyday fresh fruit and veggies, and other needs. We really enjoyed the balcony view of the mountains and soccer fields, when we arrived back in the evening we would sit on the balcony and enjoy watching local children and teens on the soccer fields. Kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Raul also supplied some beach umbrellas, soccer balls and boogie boards. Always room at the pool to enjoy the heat. We had requested chairs for the balcony, Raul was quick to respond and provide. We also purchased a small beach chair that we left behind for other guests to use in the future. Just a couple of things that could have made our stay a better, Raul might consider putting screens on the doors and windows. The 5 gallon water jug was empty when we arrived, might have been due to quick turnover of guests.

The property is very nice, just like the photos, as well as clean and tidy. The beds were delightful!! I loved it. I rested very well. The property is excellent, I recommend it 👌 Bolongo's location seems excellent to me as it is halfway between Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Punta de Mita. I like that the complex has amenities for the whole family, from a playroom, store, coffee... I would love it if the pool facing the beach were not so far away and without so many stairs... but other than that, everything is great.
