We offer a bright, self-contained ground floor flat with off road parking. Rural setting but close to Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry. 40 mins from NEC and Birmingham airport. There is dedicated wifi and a TV available for your use offering freeview channels. We are not set up for pets or children. We do not allow smoking on the premises and you need your own transport to stay here. Early check in or late check out for a fee with prior arrangement only.
