Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brzac

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach can also be reached. However, the way back in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

A really beautiful property, with a lot of attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-maintained pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The different terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole singing and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, biking, swimming, chilling... it is 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! I'm sure we'll be back to your paradise.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Listing is exactly as described. If you like it a little secluded, this is the place to be. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the small port of Merag - there you can swim wonderfully and are usually alone. The accommodation is small but well equipped and the many seating options on the fantastic terrace are wonderful.

Sanja and Davor were very nice, helpful and hospitable. We were even allowed to check in a few hours in advance, which helped us a lot (since we were traveling with a baby). Thanks again for that. Within walking distance is a small supermarket and about 10 minutes away is a beach. Located on the upper floor and has a nice terrace. (You can also see the sea). Otherwise, everything in the apartment was great, well equipped and clean. There is air conditioning that was sufficient for all rooms. Sanja and Davor were easily accessible and gave us many tips. We had a very nice time in the accommodation and would highly recommend it. The sea is a 3-minute walk away and there are many restaurants and bars in the area. Communication with Matije was very straightforward and he was so nice to pick us up from the airport as we didn't have a car yet. We will be happy to come back to KRK!

Our vacation in Brseč was beautiful. The location of the apartment is unique, tranquility, privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. The apartment is simply furnished, without unnecessary decorative stuff, but everything you need for a fulfilling vacation is available. Ivan and Maja are very warm and uncomplicated hosts. We look forward to our next visit!

Beautifully furnished apartment, modern with everything you need even for a long vacation. Although I couldn't find the hairdryer. Coffee maker, sugar and juice! Everything I needed for one night. Too bad I didn't have more time!

The apartment with the covered terrace overlooking the sea is very nice and modernly furnished. You have direct access to the beach and promenade. It invites you for small walks. It was 12 beautiful days.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Everything was as described and you had wonderful views of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was needed and very friendly.

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment! The location is absolutely exquisite – quiet and nice, ideal to relax. The apartment itself is extremely bright, which, along with the beautiful view, creates a truly special atmosphere. I felt absolutely great and relaxed in it. The host deserves a special compliment. He was extremely responsive and always available and was happy to take care of all my wishes. His hospitality made the stay so much more enjoyable.
