Un logement très agréable et très bien situé. Un jardinet qui assure un environnement végétal très apaisant. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture dans la descente de garage tout le séjour pour bénéficier du stationnement gratuit et nous avons effectué toutes nos visites à pied. Le bruit des avions n'est pas si gênant que cela, le quartier est extrêmement calme. Julien est discret, réactif et attentif au confort de ses hôtes. .

Laurie's apartment is perfect if you're looking for a non-touristy Brussels experience. The neighborhood is great - tons of restaurants, nearby grocery stores, and great coffee. The apartment itself feels brand new, with top-end kitchen and plenty of room to stretch out. It's also much quieter than you would expect being near a major intersection. Highly recommended!

A wonderful host who was very responsive and welcoming. The place was spacious, spotless, and just as described. The neighborhood was calm and easy to access, making the stay even more enjoyable.

très joli et lumineux appartement. tous les équipements nécessaires à disposition. Mariya a été reactive dans nos échanges. le quartier est agréable et propose plusieurs bars et restaurants. le point positif du logement sont les 2 patio/balcon qui permettent de profiter de l'extérieur. je recommande 👍🏼

Η Μαριάνθη μας περίμενε υπομονετικά τρεις ώρες να μας υποδεχτεί, καθώς είχαμε καθυστέρηση με το αεροπλάνο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Αν και είναι σε απόσταση από το κέντρο, η θέα του είναι καταπληκτική, οι συγκοινωνίες άψογες και η γειτονιά ήσυχη.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement était conforme à la description, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactif et attentionné, avec de belles petites attentions à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage. Dé beste air bnb waar we al zijn geweest! Enorm genoten van de buitenruimte. Ondanks het zeer koud was kan deze volledig afgesloten worden, waardoor het aangenaam warm werd. Ook binnenin zeer gezellig met veel oog voor detail. Bovendien stond er een lekker aperitiefbordje en een flesje cava klaar wat meteen zorgde voor een heel leuke ontvangst! Otto heeft ons ook persoonlijk uitgelegd hoe alles bediend moest worden. Kortom… wij hebben alleen maar lof over deze stek, een enorme aanrader! Wij komen alleszins nog terug.

Very impressed with the work and dedication to Creating an amazing space. As an engineer the stairs just captivated me. The design and attention to detail makes this Air b n b stand out for me. The area was lovely and most importantly the locals couldn't do enough for us,really friendly area Flemish people are great and that comes from an Irish person who would be the friendly nation. Well done for me.

We are a family with 2 boys and stayed at "La Chênaie Moderne” for a month in August 2024. We had a fantastic time! The accommodation is a spacious and clean space and reflects totally the description provided. It is in excellent condition: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, good wifi, free parking, numeric lock for the entrance door. We loved the enormous plants in the living room! Very welcoming! Towels and bed linen were provided. The host Frédéric is very kind, responsive, and supportive. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, Uccle is lovely neighborhood, and it is about 10ish-min drive to the commercial areas at Avenue de Waterloo and Saint-Job. You can visit easily the most enchanting woods in the city Bois de la Cambre. You can reach Brussels in 20 min by car and 40 min by public transport. Two bus lines (37 and 43) stop just right around the corner. We are very happy and grateful, and we could not have had better accommodation! Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cette villa et c'était tout simplement incroyable, incroyable, incroyable ! La villa est parfaitement aménagée, chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé. La localisation est idéale, à quelques minutes seulement de Bruxelles. Le cadre est tout simplement parfait, voire idyllique, avec une ambiance relaxante et des paysages magnifiques. Tout était absolument parfait, dépassant toutes nos attentes. Cette villa fait désormais partie de nos coups de cœur, et c'est certain que nous y reviendrons. Le propriétaire mérite une mention spéciale : 10/10 sans hésitation ! Il est avant tout humain, compréhensif, et toujours disponible. La communication était fluide et agréable, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100 %, véritable perle rare

Good location, very well equipped kitchen and excellent communication with the owner. There was a minor issue with a socket that was sorted out right away. The bathroom is gorgeous with a deep, comfy bath and a spacious shower. The beds are very comfortable too. Walking distance to independent shops with beautiful fresh produce, lovely bakeries and plenty of cosy cafés and eateries. Rupel Sushi especially recommended. We also loved the big Saturday morning market which is well worth a visit. Mechelen is a beautiful, safe city. The tourist information is excellent. Lots of guides, maps and gorgeous postcards. Friendly, multi-lingual staff. A word of caution: there are ebikes and e- scooters everywhere. They travel at considerable speed and we had a few close calls. Take particular care when crossing road and cycle paths.

Séjour et logement a la hauteur de nos attentes.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Haus ist wirklich gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Man kann gute Unternehmungen starten, wie einen Ausflug nach Brüssel und auch ein bisschen die Gegend um die Unterkunft erkunden.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Vigan se déplace pour le check in. Il est très gentil et a fait le tour de l’appartement avec nous. Le logement est spacieux et calme. Il se situe à seulement 25 minutes à pied du centre ville. Sinon le tramway est juste à côté. Quelques restaurants dans le quartier et une grande surface juste à côté. Parking gratuit à 10 minutes de marche. Je recommande ce logement qui permet d’être au calme mais en même temps de visiter la ville à pied.

Mooie locatie en prima ligging! Alles was super geregeld. Zelfs afgehaald van het station. Een heerlijk verblijf voor een paar dagen Gent.

Ik deed mijn vriendin een verblijf hier cadeau. Dit is wat zij ervan vond: "Dit is een heel fijn appartement, mooi ingericht en zeker ruim genoeg. Heerlijke locatie ook, je stapt de deur uit en hebt meteen restaurants in overvloed en een prachtig aangelegd park om je te ontspannen. Met de tram sta je zo in het centrum. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en Olijf was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als ik een vraag had, hielp hij me altijd snel verder. Een plekje waar ik nog wel eens terug wil komen."

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung von André. Alles war wie beschrieben , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht in den Park und die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Gastgeber André hat schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert und war sehr gastfreundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Zu den Öffis ist es nicht weit und mit einem schönen Spazieegagng kann man die Altstadt in 40 Minuten erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist tatsächlich gut zu finden und in der Nähe der Wohnung sind viele Ladesäulen. Das Eckcafé gegenüber der Wohnung ist eine Topadresse z Frühstücken. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

I’ve stayed here twice now and I can’t say enough good things. Everything is amazing! The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ever need. Peter is the best host ever - he’s always there to help and his responses are super quick. You won’t regret booking! You’ll love it!

Viki is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam :) De locatie van het huis is prachtig, gelegen in een rustige buurt en alles is op loopafstand te bereiken. Het was heel gemakkelijk ook om naar Brugge te gaan, heel dicht bij het treinstation Dampoort. We hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad!
