Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Brunswick County

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need in it. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient location that is 12 minutes to the beach one way and shops another way. This is such a perfect place for families even with children. Everything was well put together and was perfect for my first Airbnb booking. Rachel was so helpful and responsive. She had the home very well prepared for our stay. The house rules were extremely simple and check in/check out were easy to understand. My family and I definitely plan to return. Thank you so much Rachel!

It was our second stay here and we feel right at home there. We love the spacious back porch and large fenced yard for our dogs. It is very walkable to the beach but we were able to get parking by the beach access. The house is well stocked with everything you need and even lots of Tupperware! The owners have been renovating and adding to the appeal since the last time we came five months ago. We can’t wait to come back again.

Julie & Darren were wonderful and their home was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 and large dog. there was plenty of pace for everyone, thoughtful additions such as pet toys, water & food bowls, covers for the couches, beach accessories to use. i could go on and on about how wonderful and homey our stay was. we will definitely be back!

It was very quiet and peaceful aside from the storms we had the night before checkout, she kindly let us stay some after check out since we were kept up so late the night before

So glad that we got to unplug from everything and really enjoy a weekend in Wilmington! Everything you need was on hand and absolutely perfect. Plenty of coffee to get us motivated, everything was spotless, and we really loved sitting out on the private porch. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay and looked exactly like the pictures! First thing I noticed walking inside was how good it smelled and clean the place was! The location is perfect and we would love to come back! Our pup seemed to feel right at home at the Salty Dog Cottage as well!

We love the location and even though it is close to a main road it is still private and comfortable. The fenced yard is perfect for your dogs with plenty of space for them to stretch. The back deck is comfortable as well. The inside of the house is exactly as shown, it is comfortable and quiet , the big screen TV is perfect after a a busy day in Wilmington. You can walk to Whole Foods , shopping or just around this neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and enjoy visiting with you and your dogs . The gardenias and magnolias were in bloom and lent a light sweet smell. We would definitely stay at Esthers Garden again.

Cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in, felt very peaceful and welcoming! Loved how the set up is out there and the walk around the pond was great. Highly recommend! Would be great to rent out all three tiny homes with family, so close together but still have your own space.

We loved our stay at Scotty’s place and our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer! We were there for a fast little weekend at the beach and will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting the area. My family and I loved hearing the fountain in the lake behind the condo and watching the wildlife in and around the lake. We walked to the large pond along the golf course and saw a wood stork, a blue heron, and multiple alligators! The condo is exactly what we needed and in a perfect location and Scotty was so helpful with tips and recs and very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Rueben’s home is a beautiful place and very relaxing! It was very clean and had fun family games to play. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

Beautiful home in a gated community, very safe and peaceful. It is tucked away in the back so you have wonderful views of the marsh/ocean and sunrise. Neighbors were friendly. The home was clean and had your basic toiletries for use, lots of towels. The community does have some coyotes so we had to be a bit watchful when walking the dogs but did not have any issues with them. Host was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a perfect weekend getaway. Literally steps from the beach and the kids loved the pool. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Awesome Airbnb! The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and one toddler. Spacious bedrooms with king sized beds in each bedroom, they were comfortable with great linens. Loved the large well stocked kitchen and huge dining table. We enjoyed daily walks in the quiet, safe neighborhood. Beautiful backyard with large heated pool, the temp wasn't too high during our visit so we greatly appreciated the water being nice and warm so we could enjoy it during our stay. Great location, close to lots of fun activities, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Owner was great to work with and super quick to reply to my questions. Would highly recommend renting this Airbnb!

The virtual key takes a second but it was good to have on your phone. Location was perfect! Love that we can take our dogs!! The porch was such a cute place to sit and just enjoy the morning or evening.

Our family enjoyed staying here for two days to attend my daughter’s graduation. The place was exceptionally clean and peaceful. We loved the beautiful back patio with lights.

We had the best time at the cabin. The entire place is super child and pet friendly. Our boys loved the loft and the pool being only steps away. We also enjoyed being able to walk our dog to the doggie park and really just sitting back and relaxing. We drove to Southport one day and the second day we went to the beach in Oak Island only 20-25 mins away. Check in and checkout we’re fast and easy. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location of the house is perfect and close to stores/shopping but also close to the beach. The home is very spacious and accommodated our 3 toddlers well with the open living spaces. We loved the screened in front porch also. Linda was very quick to respond to messages and check on us. Great stay!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!
