Everything was absolutely perfect and host gave great directions on checking in and out. Location is dead center downtown and everything is in walking distance that you would wanna check out. We will be back!

This host lives on site and great to communicate with. Felt like home. This place was beautiful. The porch out back was so relaxing. Clean and wonderfully supplied. Quick walk to the beach and neighborhood was quiet. Will return again hopefully soon!!

We really enjoyed Jamie's place at the golf resort! so glad it was available, he was very helpful and responsive when we misunderstood the pool instructions and we were still able to get in no problem in that moment!

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

The photos do not do this place justice it’s even more beautiful in person. Prime location where you can walk to everything. It’s close by to Hell’s Kitchen, The Basics etc. no need to drive anywhere. It was very quiet at night and peaceful. If you are a One Tree Hill Fan the Outdoor Equipped at the corner is the location of Karens Cafe/Clothes over Bros was filmed for the show. Super cool!! Grant is very helpful with any questions, very responsive and checks in. Even offers recommendations. We would stay here again. Super clean too.

This unit was worth every penny to stay there. It was very big and spacious, had a fantastic view, nice screened in balcony and was a very short walk from the beach. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and very welcoming for both myself and my fur baby. I can't say anything bad about the place and am already making arrangements to return in the future.

Loved our stay at the bungalow! It was spotless throughout, and everything outside was clean and neatly organized as well. Bathrooms and kitchens were thoughtfully stocked. There is a shed with things you might want for a beach adventure - chairs, coolers, mats, buckets and a shovel, and more. The beach is an easy walk or a very short drive. There are several restaurants within walking distance and more a short drive away. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the beach was not crowded at all when we were there (mid October). You can see a Publix supermarket from the front yard - it is only a block away.

This was the best birthday and couples trip of the year. Ms. Sallie made sure that we were welcomed and knowledgeable of our stay. We will return for another relaxation trip. Sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning was the best of the best. Thank you again

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our toddler loved the house, it allowed plenty of space for the late night zooming to be had. It was a very short walk to the beach and super close to great restaurants! Sharon was super responsive and helpful with our questions! We loved it!

Super clean, lovely house with ample space for socializing. We were able to walk to the Cargo District and Riverfront relatively easily and enjoyed coming back to the house to relax each day.

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

A Great find and definitely a great stay at Andrew’s place for sure. Amazing host who is very responsive and help with any concerns me and friends might have had. Even gave local recommendations downtown as well. The house was very clean and very well put, exactly how the photos described and felt right at home truly! Only about 20-25 from Wrightsville as well. I will definitely be open to coming back to stay here in the future :)

Loved staying at chads place close to the ferry and fort fisher. He recommend a place to eat and was a good recommendation. Very responsive.

This is a great location right across from the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. I couldn't ask for more.

Robin communicated quickly with us and her place was just as described: spacious, well equipped and a lovely place to spend a week. Sitting on the screened in balcony overlooking the golf course was very pleasant and peaceful. We would not hesitate to book with her the next time we are in Sunset Beach. jim & Lynn

This is our second year at this condo, feels like home. we love being ocean front, hearing the waves and being close. beautiful view. Bed is comfy, walking distance to grocery and restaurants and shopping. then beach wasn't crowded when we were there. thank you!!

This is our second time staying here and it is really an awesome place. I travel for business and this place lets us spread out, set up our laptops and still not feel cluttered! It is so close to everything. You can walk to the water, shops and dining. The condo is clean and large enough for us to spread out. Loved the balcony and the privacy being surrounded by trees. It is fun to sit on the balcony and watch the people come and go to the shops below. We had a great time and will be back.

We had a relaxing stay! The location is great. Quiet beach area. Walking distance to The Lazy Turtle and KoKo Cabana for beachfront food/drinks. Beautiful sunsets each evening!
