Friendly one room apartment, in a quiet area. The apartment can be used by up to 4 people. The place is perfectly located to do day trips by bike or car. It´s easy and fast to get to bigger cities by car. You although can just enjoy the area in the middle of the Hallertau, in between the hop gardens. The apartment is located on a nice agricultural farm with a Bavarian restaurant. Breakfast can be served with an additional fee.

Our accommodation has a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Detergents and cleaning agents are provided. Large kitchen with dining area and small office corner. Living area with large sofa bed and TV. Bedroom with large wardrobe and bed with a width of 1.80. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. In addition, a towel dryer in the bathroom and a radiator for quick heating in the living area.

The tiny house is in a very quiet location, surrounded by fields by the forest. Shopping is about 3 minutes by car. Therme Erding is only 30 minutes away. Munich Central Station is only 40 minutes away. A small garden with pond overlooking fields and forest complete the perfect vacation experience. There are no neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so you can enjoy the tranquility of nature.

Quiet, bright apartment on the northern outskirts of the city

The apartment has its own entrance, The staircase leads to the anteroom with a wardrobe. In the first room there is a sofa with table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, bed 1.40 cm wide with a soft mattress (up to 70 kg) and a desk. Next to it is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
