Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Unsere Ferienwohnung für 2-3Personen mit dem Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, 100 m vom Zeller See mit privatem Grundstück. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer wird sowohl auch als Schlafzimmer genutzt. Dort befindet sich ein gemütliches Sofa und einem Doppelbett. Die separate Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge und den See.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Unsere Sauna ist für alle Gäste von Oktober bis März geöffnet. Unsere Lage ist einfach mega! Zu Fuß zum See, zu vielen Restaurants, zum Bäcker, Friseur und zum Tante Emma Laden. Das ca. 20 m² große Doppelzimmer mit Balkon befindet sich im Gasthof Pesbichl, wo du auch frühstücken und abendessen (Halbpension) kannst und sich die Rezeption befindet. Es besteht aus einem Schlafraum mit großem Doppelbett, Einzelbett und Schlafcouch und eigenem Badezimmer. W-Lan, Terrasse und Parkplatz sind kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist mit Vollholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher mit selbstgemachten Teemischungen steht in jedem Zimmer bereit.
