Very welcoming, my stay was perfect.

This looks exactly like photos! Smelt amazing inside, and the AC was perfect! This was a comfortable long stay and worth every penny! I will be booking again as soon as I see availability! Most definitely recommend for a one person or a couple stay, as space it limited. But the layout is so cool I forgot about the space.

The little Casita was my base of operations in Brownsville for a week and it was perfect. Very close to Boca Chica, Central, and the interstate, so getting around town was a breeze. And it's a cozy place with everything I needed. Niobe was incredibly responsive any time I contacted her. Plus she was easy to deal with. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed for almost 2 months. On our first evening, just before bed, we ran into an issue. Raul was over to assist within 15 minutes and arranged to address the problem. Over the course of the 2 months, we ran up against a few minor housekeeping issues and Raul was very quick to address them as well. He asked if there was anything missing and promptly purchased some kitchen items that we were used to having at home. The property was located on a major road but was set far enough back that there was minimal road noise. The bed was very comfortable. Close to all amenities and the Historical Battlefield Trail for enjoyable walks. Raul was a superb host (definitely Premier +) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his property. Bill and Lynn
