Monthly Rentals in Brownsville

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how easy the check-in process was. Also, a big thank to Hernan for kindly postponing the scheduled renovations to ensure we had a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was a very cozy and quiet stay, I only stayed for a night while traveling for work but could see staying longer. It’s a private entrance and it’s well maintained and had motion LEDs which were helpful. Was super clean inside and was just as described. It’s a great hidden spot for the price and would recommend staying!

Mariela's place was perfect if you're traveling alone or with one other person. The studio apartment like setting is attached to the side of her home with your own private entrance. For those who like a very large bathroom this bathroom was much larger than what I needed. The small kitchenette was perfect for cooking simple healthy meals if you want to save money instead of paying top dollar for prepared foods at restaurants. There is also is a large charcoal grill and picnic table in the backyard. You cannot ask for a better host. Mariela is very kind person and very responsive. I would definitely go back!
