Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
