Vacation rentals with lake access in Brown County

Wonderful out-of-the-way country location. Beautiful, scenic property with well equipped accommodations in aged farmhouse. The house had plenty of space for 11 of us to spread out yet also be together in common areas. There is some minor maintenance to be done in the house, but nothing that hampers enjoyment of the overall property and lodging experience. We hope to plan another stay with Tonya during warmer seasons to experience this fun farm in all its splendor. Thanks, Tonya!

Great place conveniently located near Bloomington but far away enough to feel secluded.

Our family had a great few days away here! The house & surroundings were very peaceful & relaxing.

I stayed at this cabin for 3 nights with seven of my friends and it was perfect for us! Nice and cozy fit for 8 people, it might be a little crowded if you aren’t very close to all 7 others. The outdoor seating and amenities are great, grill was nice, table fire was amazing, and the hot tub was clean and heated well. The kayaks and paddle boat that we got to use were lots of fun and lake access at the dock was great and peaceful. 10/10 would visit again

Jim and Myra were lovely hosts! Prior to our arrival, they contacted us to ensure that we had everything we needed and provided an open line of communication in case we had any questions or concerns. The house itself was quiet and cozy. It is a short drive from campus and a nice retreat away from the busy game day weekend on campus. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while visiting Bloomington.

My husband and I stayed the night in Bloomington for an early procedure at IU Health and it was perfect for the two of us! We brought board games to play and sat by the window with a pretty view of the woods. We saw some eagles which was pretty cool. The unit was very clean and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We just returned from wonderful stay at Cameron's Lake Monroe condo. It was a beautiful, golf course location. A family of very tame deer visited us twice a day most days. Cameron's instructions and suggestions were perfect. He checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The condo was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed, complete with a delicious "welcome" bottle of Oliver Winery wine. We loved taking long walks around the Eagle Pointe community, eating at fabulous restaurants and enjoying all Bloomington and IU have to offer. Thank you for hosting us, Cameron. We had a great time. Beautiful view of the lake from the very private deck. The home was cozy and homey with all the amenities you’ll need. Easy to find and easy parking.

Olivia has an awesome place. Away from the town but still close to it. Nice and peaceful. We enjoyed our time. Olivia is a super host... all positives
