Very nice, cozy place right in Nashville, IN. While we came for a graduation at IU and didn’t spend much time in town this time around, we found the place to be in a great location with good amenities. Having two nicely appointed and comfortable bedrooms with two baths was a great option. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location for a quick getaway to Brown County! Being right above Ooey Gooey cafe was great for breakfast in the morning. The location was walkable to everything. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. Heather was so easy to get ahold of for any questions and super helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cute place to stay in Brown County.

The location cannot be beat. You can walk all over Nashville.

A very peaceful getaway for me and my wife, it was very quiet and the hot tub was amazing would recommend !!

Really enjoyed our room. Adorable and quant with a good set up. Close to the plaza and the owner’s mother was the sweetest lady to us. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed our quick trip to Little Nashville.

Eugenia’s place was great! It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Close enough to hiking, shopping and dining without traffic and street noise. I will make an effort to stay again for my future trips.

Kara’s place was beautiful and spotless. Walkable to all of downtown Nashville. We had a peaceful and fun stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! Kara did a great job of having everything super well stocked, all the amenities you could think of. We experienced a city wide power outage the weekend we were there and she did everything in her power to help us navigate that. Brought us a generator to save our food and charge devices. She even had flashlights and lanterns stocked in the house. One of the best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back. Kara was extremely responsive and so helpful!

Great place to stay and take in Franklin, IN. We loved being within a short walk of everything in town. Easy place to return to in the future for more Brown County adventures.

Great place, perfect location tons of walkable shops and restaurants. Loved that the space had kitchens, stocked coffee, refrigerators, etc. Comfy beds. Super cute decor. Perfect for our girls weekend! Host had detailed and clear instructions!

Loved our stay at the Suite Spot! Easy walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The place is new and very nice, perfect place for 2 couples since both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Love the little covered deck - great place to drink your morning coffee or relax in the evening. Great communication from the owners! Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place! So many unexpected extras. We are used to having to pack pretty much everything from soap, toilet paper, bathroom toiletries, etc. when staying in an Airbnb, but Kara has it all and more! The place is clean, beautifully decorated and has all you would need for a couple days or even a week. The blackout blinds, comfortable bed, and fairly quiet neighborhood made for great sleeping. My husband and I thought the loveseat and TV area were cozy . . . exactly as pictured. The private patio was cute-only wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy it more. We loved being on the outside edge of the hustle and bustle yet within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Kara is a great host-has so many wonderful recommendations . . . We tried to hit most of the places on her Top 10 shops and made it to several of her Top 10 places to eat. Would love to stay here again and will be recommending to family and friends.

Peter and Suzanne are great hosts! Easy to get in contact with, had clear instructions, and the location is in a great spot to get away from the noise. Big plus for the hot tub and the continental breakfast ◡̈

Property was accurate to description and photos online. Couch should not be considered as sleeping option for adults.

Brooke was a very responsive and helpful host! She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything, and the place was just as described. Off street parking was a plus, and it was close to everything/walkable for our weekend. Highly recommend!

Overall it was great place and served its purpose … Great gathering space but for 8 people to hang out in the common area it could use more seating. I would recommend this over separate hotel rooms for a group traveling together !
