Recently fully renovated, it has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a loft studio bedroom, 1 public room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. We have a quiet, fully enclosed garden to the rear. The perfect hub, we are close to an hour's drive to Edinburgh or Glasgow and a half hour from Perth, the gateway to the Highlands.

The Old Church is situated in the small village of Colliston near Arbroath. The Building is believed to date from 1843 to 1844.
