Vacation rentals with beach access in Broughty Ferry

We stayed at Amelia’s Airbnb for 3 nights & wished we never had to leave we enjoyed it so much! The location is perfect. You’re right in the center of St Andrews but on a quieter street which we loved. It really makes a difference when staying at an Airbnb when the host cares about their place, & we instantly realized that with this Airbnb. Amélia provided all the essentials for our stay, plus tea, coffee, champagne and chocolates. After walking all over St Andrew’s each day, we always looked forward to coming back to the Airbnb to warm up and relax. Everything was perfect & we hope to be back again some day! Thank you!!

Thanks for leaving the flat so perfectly prepare for our Xmas away. We had a lovely time in your beautifully located home which was also immaculately clean.

Had a great stay here. Very central for walking everywhere. Parking was easy to find on the street in the evenings. During the day it was busier but could park in Queens Terrace if needed.

Another great stay! Margarita is a brilliant host who responds so quickly and is very friendly. Clear instructions lead to a brilliant quick check in experience. The apartment is just so clean with everything you could want for your stay. Its an amazing location so close to the sea and the cliffs and the town is easy walking distance. Nothing bad to stay and hope to return soon!

A great stay. Perfect for my family and friends. Super layout, spacious and well equipped, had everything we needed, super simple check in and check out. Quiet, peaceful but close to everything. Super walks to beach and great views over the golf course out to sea. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon.

A lovely flat, nicely furnished , light and airy, and well supplied. It’s well placed and easy to find. The host supplied very clear instructions and lots of useful information. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed a great short stay at Harbour’s Edge. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We loved the central location and the view out the front was spectacular. Would highly recommend a visit.

Lovely flat in central location. Comfortable bed, lovely well equipped kitchen and cosy sitting room. WC & en-suite were immaculate but shower was a little on the small side. Loved our stay here & would probably book Bev’s place again. 😊

We had a lovely stay and it was perfect for my dog with a secure, private garden and able to walk everywhere. Lots of dog friendly places for food. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Excellent, especially for golfers

Wendy's house was perfect, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen lovely welcome with some basics in the fridge, a great touch. The property was exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds, plenty of towels etc too. Loved the location it was walkable to Anstruther, Pittenweem etc and so peaceful. Anstruther has lovely wee shops, restaurants and harbour such a lovely place. St Andrews is 15 mins away by car and Dundee 45 minutes away so a great base to visit many different places. Wendy made our stay so easy with great communications and information provided. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful view of Montrose harbour. Parking readily available. Very comfortable place to be in.

We had a wonderful stay in Elie. Ann’s house is in a great location with lots of lovely touches. We particularly enjoyed the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom! Great garden for dogs and family alike, nice and secure.

We had the pleasure of staying at Alison’s for Christmas. A lovely cozy place to spend the holiday looking at the sea. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking roast dinner. Alison made us feel at home by putting out Christmas decorations and a Christmas card! She was very communicative sending instructions and Hive heating schedule in advance. Already looking forward to staying again.

Second time staying here. It’s a comfortable home ideally located in Kirkcaldy. I’d recommend staying here.

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

Lovely well kept cottage in a lovely little town. The decor is subtle and charming. The house is equipped with everything, lovely hot shower, good central heating and plenty of sunlight. The bedding is great quality cotton.The whole house is very clean.

Enjoyed a nice few days in Broughty Ferry at the apartment. It is in a great location right on the front in the town, with parking available very close by. Would return again.

Miramar was homely, clean and stylishly presented and just like photos. Several outside seating areas so you can always catch the sun and in a very peaceful area. The apartment has off-street parking. Very accessible with the beach, shop, pub, cafe and restaurant all within a short walk. Karen is very friendly and helpful and provided just about everything you could need. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely recommend to others.
