The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

The bright 60 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds. In the living area there is a seating area with sofa bed and TV. The kitchen includes a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is a small roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. A parking space is available.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
