Vacation rentals with a patio in Broomfield

My daughter, and I took a trip to Colorado for a week, and we stayed at Hannah and Travis’s. It was perfect for our liking! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was conveniently close to Denver, and Old Town Arvada. I plan on taking more trips to the Denver area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! Nice stay for my family, space was clean, bed was comfy!

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Christopher was an excellent host and gave great recommendations when needed! The place is extremely spacious and nice. The hot tub was relaxing after traveling for a few days. The bed is also extremely comfortable!

Chris was such an excellent host. We had a few hick ups in our plans and luckily she was able to still accommodate us. She was very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment was quiet and cozy. Very clean, had off street parking, and many things are within a short drive. We spent our time downtown. It was easy to get to. Maybe took 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

This is a charming historic home with everything you need and just 5 minute walk to downtown Louisville. This was our 2nd time to stay here and will remain one of our favorite places to stay in the Boulder area.

We had an amazing stay at this Airb&b! Everything was nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures! There was plenty of room for a larger group. Our host was also very responsive, and super flexible about the check-in times.

Me and my brother had such an amazing time, the space was amazing and the area was beautiful, it was right next to the rtd bus so it was really easy to go downtown. The host was also polite and answered any questions I had. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Colorado

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful house while ours was under construction for a bit. The house is spotless and has everything you might need. We love Superior with its proximity to trails, Boulder, and Denver. The host was super responsive and kind

This is the most well-run Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Communication was great, everything was as promised, and the place was immaculately clean. The house was very fairly priced and it was the perfect setup for our family. Having so many separate private sleeping and bathroom areas was much appreciated. The area is quite safe and is surrounded by nice restaurants, a movie theater, etc I highly recommend this home!

Caden place was comfortable and welcoming!! It was the perfect space for our needs, with a both a mini fridge and a microwave we were able to bring back leftovers and heat them up, and also make popcorn and such things for some movie night snacks!!! 10/10 would look forward to booking with Caden again!!

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

Sonja was a friendly, responsive host. We went to a wedding in Thornton and this location was very close. It was very walkable. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and just as described.

This apartment FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The unit was beautiful, clean, and quiet and it had everything that I needed. You can tell that they thought about what you may need to have a comfortable stay. There was a fan, extra bedding, a blow dryer, and coffee fixings - just the little things that make a huge difference in a stay. The little backyard patio area was gorgeous and so relaxing. Nataliya was very communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Kelly’s place was perfect….very clean and accommodating! Spent one night after attending a Red Rocks show. Her place is very convenient and close to downtown Golden where we walked around the next day for shopping and great food/drinks at Buffalo Rose.

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

The place was so nice, great location, and Ji+Ryan were very sweet and understanding!

Such a great stay! Gorgeous retro decor and in walking distance from so many great locations. We highly recommend!
