Our 3rd time at Carole's and always great. Her place is cozy,clean and can't beat the location. Easy one mile walk into Main Street Dunedin with lots of shops and restaurants, a 3 block walk to walk a beautiful trail along the water, close to two great beaches. Carole provides so much extra basics for cooking,coffee,tea. Always love chatting with her,she will give you great tips for the area. Can't wait till next time.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful apartment and grounds. A lot of things to do and people to meet. ITrip was very responsive to anything I needed. I highly recommend staying with them.

Excellent little place to get away and enjoy the area. Everything was in walking distance and the house was so quaint and enjoyable and looks freshly remodeled. We had a excellent time and the process was easy with very little effort on our side. I would come back and stay again.

We had a nice stay at Maneka's place. The unit was clean and as described. Its close to USF and highways.

5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area … especially the beaches that were close by. Our grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock. We look forward to our next visit to Florida and definitely would stay here again!!!

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

This is a lovely gem with a great mini-split HVAC system and washer/dryer. Loved the rice cooker and toaster and ample pots and pans. There’s a small step down (only 3-4 inches) into dining area between the kitchen and back up to the bedroom and it was not a problem for me. But maybe someone who depends on mobility devices would just need to pay attention. It’s in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a paved lane. Plenty of towels and updated bathroom and kitchen.

We spent two weeks here. Beautifully remodeled, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the patio in the back. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. More importantly the people who work there and the guests who stay there are friendly and very enjoyable to be around Thanks again Stormie Mike and Connie Luciantonio

Cute, cozy and comfortable. This place was perfect for the two of us for a 3-day getaway to New Port Richey and nearby Tarpon Springs. We were very happy with the place and would recommend without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable and we made use of the extra blanket and towels. Shower was nice and hot and had a full dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good size fridge with freezer and we appreciated the welcome bottled waters and sodas. Yisel was very friendly and responsive to our inquiries and requests. Loved nearby Pam's Country Restaurant for a great breakfast.

I had a great stay at Yairely’s house in Tampa, Florida. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a peaceful and wonderful stay at Kate and John's Airbnb! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Kate and John were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. Their sweet dog, Spike, was a delightful bonus! The space was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bed was super comfortable. Evenings spent in the hot tub were the perfect way to unwind. Kate and John also provided great recommendations for local grocery stores and beautiful parks for walking, which made our stay even better. Overall, this was an incredible stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront studio in Tarpon Springs, FL. The location was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful views right by the water—perfect for a quiet getaway. The studio itself was spotless and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. Shower head needs to be updated very dark inside owners need to do a lot of update

Overall, a great experience! The tv wasn’t working one of the nights and Yenia went out of her way to send someone to get us a new remote on a Friday night. She was great at communication! In addition, it was fun to have private pool days & grill out. My only complaint was I wished the pillows were fluffier, and there was a bigger comforter on the bed.

This is our second year at Rich's place. We love the layout of this unit. Nice and roomy with generous sized bedrooms. We love that we can entertain our guests in comfort. This unit is on the first floor so we really enjoyed having coffee on the patio and watching the golfers go past.

Ada and her team were great! Very helpful and the house was exactly as described. It felt like home and the hot tub was amazing. Great reset for our family. Thanks Ada for all your blessings.
