We had an amazing stay at the Lucky Duck on Weeki Wachee! The property is beautiful, and Donna thought of everything to make it a perfect spring getaway. She provided kayaks, paddleboards, and even a canoe, making it so easy to enjoy the water right from the house. The screened-in porch was a lovely spot to relax, watch boaters pass by, and take in the peaceful surroundings. The property is very quiet, extremely clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness!). The only thing missing was a dishwasher, but that was a small trade-off for such a perfect stay. Highly recommend it!

It’s such a great space! Welcoming, comfortable and clean. The Privateer had so many personal touches and even stocked kitchen with things I’d forgotten. Just made the stay all the more welcoming. The pool was so refreshing, the space outside warm, welcoming and so well maintained. I cannot wait to go back!

Tom and Tammy are really super hosts. Always responded quick to my questions. The area is fantastic. Walk to restaurants and the best one is Brian’s Place right next door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the music on weekends (don’t worry, it’s over by 9), and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of parking. Lots of shopping close by. Place has everything you need and is well equipped. Plenty of wildlife. Two majestic Eagles have a nest across the canal.

My partner and I wanted to visit the springs to kayak. This place exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was launch from the dock in the backyard and we were minutes from the clearest and bluest water. We even saw a manatee munching on some vegetation across from the dock. If you’re a fan of Florida springs, this place is for you!

Yilenys's house has best room/ suit I ever have on BNB ！ they even prep welcome snacks on dinning table, the whole room is separate from the main house, which u have a complete suit for ur own to stay, big kitchen and very well household, oven, microwave kitchenware , I was so impressed , room and bathroom also big too , so white ,clean and quiet, landlord is super nice too, its only 3 miles away from one of the most beautiful spring weeki wachee, I say its the best place for stay if you tend to experience the springs , I have great stay on my way to Clearwater.

We will stay here again when in the Brooksville area. Such an amazing historic place. The stairs are steep, so if you are not confident on your feet you might want a different place. The neighborhood is excellent and quiet. Walk to restaurants. Very clean. We love this place. I could live here. Wide open space, lots of little extras like snacks and coffee. Great value for the money.
