This was not our first time at Raul y Carla's place. We love how peaceful and absolutely comfortable the place is. It feels like home. They are great hosts! I forgot to mention in the "other" section that they leave little snacks for you to have with your coffee! :-) The host are very responsive and communicate extremely well and very quickly.

Sam & Luci were wonderful hosts! We booked last-minute because we weren't sure when we would make it to town and they were accommodating. The location was exactly what we were looking for - central to a few other towns we needed to visit. Incredibly clean, well appointed home in a peaceful setting! If you are a light sleeper, there is a train nearby but earplugs will take care of that. I do want to mention the water - they have a reverse osmosis in the kitchen that made excellent drinking water! The house also has a tannin filter and water softener which made my skin and hair very, very happy. We live in a place that has awful water that strips my hair and skin of everything good, so this was a nice treat! It had a little bit of a sulfur smell but I can handle that to feel as good as I did! I was sad to go back to my water at home. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle but still be close to everything you could need. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
