In coastal Brodalen, this modern villa is beautifully located with a nice view of wheat fields in summer and surrounding forests. The house is newly built and the spacious balcony provides guests with sun for much of the day. With proximity to the sea, swimming, the coastal trail, Nordens Ark, climbing and all the nice restaurants on the west coast, there is something for everyone! You sleep comfortably in three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a total of five beds. The guest provides their own bed linens and towels and cleans up after themselves.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. All seasons have their charm ~ Fresh winds and a calm pace in autumn and winter.

Charming newly renovated apartment on Smögenbryggan

Hello! My apartment is located in the middle of Smögenbryggan. It is close to restaurants, shopping, the cliffs with salty baths at sunset. Bars and nightlife are around the corner but not disturbing in the apartment. The accommodation is newly renovated, fresh and nice. There are small bedrooms but you can close yourself off anyway (4 of the beds are bunk beds, 90 & 110 cm wide). You will love being here and enjoying the pearl of the west coast!! The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones.
