In high season, there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage was built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a high coziness factor. From the terrace, you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection up to 250Mbit/sec completely free. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Close to nature, a few kilometers to the nearest beach and a 30-minute drive to both Lysekil and Smögen, there is a lot to explore during your stay!

Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for an additional SEK 900. No pets.
