The apartment was fully renovated in 2025. It can be reached through a private entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you can walk to the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes to the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.
