Monthly Rentals in Brockum

We stayed in March 2025 for 3 nights in the suburbs and it was fantastic. Despite the "main road" location (it was less busy than some dead ends), it was quiet and idyllic. The neighbors were very friendly, the baker right around the corner and Lake Dümmer 10 min. by car. The furnishings are traditionally and quaintly selected to match the house. The two gardens were also a dream and we will miss them the most. Thank you for everything.

We are a family of five and booked this place because of its quiet location and good price. Despite our very late arrival, we found our way around immediately and everything necessary was in its place. We always received a response to our inquiries within the next few minutes. Our request for additional towels was promptly complied with. All in all, a really well-rounded thing and a very, very nice stay for us. At Friederike's it is really cozy - if you like a privately used, furnished and homely environment, you can feel comfortable in her four walls. In winter, the house with the fireplace can be heated up nicely and in summer you can certainly use the garden wonderfully. Overall, we felt very comfortable. Friederike is also a reliable landlady who is easily accessible for any questions and quickly has the right solution ready. Thank you very much 🫶🏼 We will be happy to come back 🤩

We were there for a week and felt very comfortable. The cottage is as described and really well equipped. Convenient location. Even if you don't have a car like us, everything is easily accessible. A small supermarket is a few houses away and there is also a bus stop on the same street. In addition, Marco is very friendly and responds within a short time. We had a great vacation and will be happy to come back! :)
