You will find a recreation area with soccer field, tennis, playground. 20 minutes from Saint-Jean-d'Angély, Saints, and Cognac. 10 minutes from Lake Courcerac, 50 minutes from Royan seaside resort and close to the Côte Sauvage and its beaches. You have a parking space in front of the house as well as a parking lot next door.
