Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Brixen

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Katharina is a very nice and helpful host and I felt very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish and lovingly decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is centrally located and yet quietly located in a dreamy little villa with an equally beautiful cafe. For me it was the perfect stay!

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Perfect place to stay, stylish and clean with an amazing view from the balcony. The small village is very charming surrounded by forests. Its nicely secluded but the road there is good and quite easy for making day trips from. We recommend the beautiful Lake Toblino, it really is the colour you see online! Alex responded quickly when we had questions.

Carmen was super kind, she welcomed us as if we were family, she even gave us the eggs of her chickens and made us find everything we needed for breakfast. The house is very large with a very well-heated stube and has all the appliances. Absolutely positive experience, thank you Carmen!

The stay was excellent! Beautiful and comfortable house! Well equipped with linens. The cosinha was complete with all utensils for use. The place is wonderful. Riva de Garda has magnificent landscapes. Memorable vacations!

Nice apartment, great location, had a lovely time!

The apartment is in a quiet area of Riva del Garda but allows you to walk to the center in about ten minutes. Modern apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very clean. The kitchen has all the accessories and tools for cooking, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee were also available... everything to start the stay. Lucia was always available to respond to every message and request.

Alberto's home was lovely! I absolutely loved waking up with the view of the lake and mountains. Even on a rainy day this place creates a feeling of serenity. I celebrated my birthday here and reached out for possibly suggestions for the area prior to booking. He responded with so many options and it made me more confident with booking. What I wasn't expecting was a little treat on the door on my birthday and let me tell you that made my day! This was my 3rd place during my trip and what stood out was his father, Vanni, greeting us at check-in which gave that personal touch. I stayed in March and there was a lot of rain forecasted so many of the nearby places were closed but Alberto's home had everything you would need to enjoy your time. The lake you see on the patio is in walking distance so if it's not raining or snowing it made for a nice walk to start or end your day. If you are looking for a cozy place to relax and take in some beautiful views this is the place for you!

Davide was a perfect host, had lots of ideas for us, knowledge of every aspect of the area, treats in the lobby, free bus passes for the week, homemade streusel! A very nice size space with everything we needed as we mostly dined at home.

As soon as we entered, my wife had a huge smile on her face. We loved the place and enjoyed our time there. Ute was very helpful and responded to any question/request within the hour, usually with more information that we didn’t know we needed! The area is lovely, nestled right below mountains in all directions. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Everything was really perfect: the apartment was sparkling clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you immediately notice that someone was concerned here to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is super equipped – ideal if you like to cook yourself. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept great there! There is also a lot of space and storage, which is very pleasant, especially for a longer stay. The value is simply fantastic . I'll be more than happy to come back!

This was the most beautiful, perfect apartment for the 6 of us, including 2 children. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the apartment was stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive.
