Monthly Rentals in Brixen

Ivo is the kindest host you could hope for in a rental. He greeted us upon arrival and gave the clearest instructions on amenities and what we could do as guests to maintain the integrity of the property during our stay (taking out trash, laundry, etc). The apartment is so beautiful and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable with its easy walking distance into town and close proximity to other surrounding destinations of interest. Other notable features include a designated parking spot, laundry machine in the apartment, and full sized kitchen with everything you could need during your stay.

‏I had a wonderful and luxurious stay at Villa Chicken! The place was very spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided—even the smallest essentials were available. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect—we could walk to nearby shops and restaurants with ease. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

This rental worked out perfectly for the needs of our group (family of 4). Clean, comfortable, included an indoor parking space and use of a ski/storage locker. Close walk to the nice historic district. Cafes and groceries very nearby. Owner very helpful and accommodating to meet us for a late night check-in. Would recommend as a very good value for the space, amenities and convenience. Thank you, Elsa!
