House vacation rentals in Brixen

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

La casa di Matteo e Cristina è stata una piacevole scoperta, è molto carina, spaziosa, pulita e gode di ottima vista. La vasca idromassaggio è la ciliegina sulla torta per godersi in totale relax e silenzio questa zona tranquilla. La comunicazione con gli host è stata impeccabile e le indicazioni da loro fornite utilissime, la pulizia della casa è stata altrettanto lodevole. Sono stati così gentili da lasciarci anche svariati snack e cibo di cui usufruire, cosa che ci ha salvato la serata poiché essendo fuori stagione tutti i ristoranti nel raggio di km erano chiusi e l'abbiamo scoperto al momento 🙈 5 stelle meritatissime!

Massimo nous a accueilli dans son joli village de Piovere. C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances paisibles. Le village est superbe. L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux. Bien équipé. Avec une mention spéciale pour la terrasse avec vue incroyable sur le lac. Quelques randonnées superbes et accessibles à tous. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci Massimo!

Great apartments very clean

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Das Einzige, was man vorab wissen sollte: Zur Dachterrasse führt eine enge Wendeltreppe. Es ist total toll, dass in dem Ferienhaus Hunde erlaubt sind - unser vierbeinige Reisebegleiter musste die enge und steile Wendeltreppe nur leider immer mühsam hoch und runter getragen werden.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung bietet einen wundervollen Garten und Ausblick. Die Lage ist super. Man kommt direkt über einen Tunnel an den See und erreicht alles, was man braucht, fußläufig und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet, könnte nur vielleicht noch etwas Liebe mit Gardinen oder Bilden vertragen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung. Wer vorhat, viel selbst zu kochen, sollte alles nötihe selbst mitbringen. Marco und Giorgia waren tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Wir haben ein paar entspannte Tage im Haus von Sabine und Andy verbracht. Bei schönem Wetter ist der Pool und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass wir fast jeden Tag lecker gekocht haben. Das Haus und die Lage ist absolut eine Empfehlung wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer eine vergleichsweise bezahlbare Wohnung in der Gegend um die 3 Zinnen sucht, die sauber ist und in perfekter Lage liegt, dazu über eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon verfügt UND die Möglichkeit bietet, einen tollen Pool zu nutzen: der ist hier richtig. Wer hingegen in einer top ausgestatteten, modernen, modischen Wohnung urlauben will, mit neuen Möbeln und frischen Bädern: der bleibt lieber fern! Wir waren dort gerade richtig. Einzig eine zweite Bettdecke im „Ehebett“ ist vorteilhaft. Danke

Die Unterkunft war super. Wir haben zwar trotz einer Person weniger den vollen Preis gezahlt, aber da die Unterkunft echt groß und sonst auch super war, ist das in Ordnung. Lage war auch super. Haben genug gassi Möglichkeiten mit unserem tierischen Begleiter gefunden. Für die Kinder waren Sachen zum malen und spielen vorhanden. Küche war super ausgestattet und sauber. Auch das nette Schild zur Begrüßung war von Hand geschrieben und hat uns ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Victoria war sehr nett und hat immer zügig geantwortet:-)

Pobyt jsme si velmi užili. Hostitelé jsou velice příjemní a ochotní. Dům je umístěn ve svahu a z balkonu a terasy jsou nádherné výhledy do údolí. Hostitelé mají přistaven dům z druhé strany nemovitosti a host se s nimi potkává ve venkovním prostoru. Nicméně je to velmi milý manželský pár, takže to byla příjemná setkání. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

One of those places that actually looks better than in the pictures. Ilaria and Alex are very nice people they gladly helped us with everything we needed with patience and a big smile :) Views are beautiful Quiet and peaceful Very clean

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Mooi ruim huis in een rustig dorp. Bij Hotel Post en restaurant See-Eck kan je lekker eten. Tip: in de winter mag je met de toeristenpas gratis met de gondel de berg op in Imst. Huur een slee voor 6 euro en je kan de hele dag sleeën!

Trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung hat alles problemlos funktioniert und wir hatten im Haus von Sebastian und Martin eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone e gli spazi sono risultati ideali, comodi e conformi alla descrizione e alle foto. Fabian ed Emira, sono stati entrambi molto reattivi nelle comunicazioni e ci hanno prontamente aiutato con le problematiche che abbiamo avuto. La posizione della casa è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere entro le mezz’ora di macchina sia la città di Limone che quella di Saló.

Wir waren für 10 Tage bei Elena und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr groß, für uns fast zu groß. Der große Balkon bot Möglichkeiten zum dort frühstücken und abends im Liegestuhl zu entspannen. Das im Garten wachsende Gemüse konnte geerntet werden und war super lecker. Bei Bedarf war der Kontakt sehr einfach, auch der Kontakt mit Ihren Eltern war ganz einfach und super. Alles in allem war es dort super gut. Danke an Elena, das wir dort wohnen durften.

We stayed at Elfi’s place with our daughter, son-in-law and four of our grandchildren. The property was charming and well suited to our family size. It was clean and comfortable, offered very spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a well appointed kitchen, adequate dining space, and had everything to meet the needs of our family. The cost was reasonable and provided proximity to all the major attractions nearby. The surrounding area was stunningly beautiful. We were able to walk or take a short drive to high quality restaurants where the service staff welcomed us warmly. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. Our host, Elfi, was warm and highly responsive to our needs. We recommend Elfi and her property highly.

Sono stata consigliata da un amica , e non poteva consigliarmi meglio! Prezzo molto accessibile, il proprietario Giacomo molto Gentile e disponibile in tutto! Il posto è tranquillissimo e molto facile da raggiungere con una vista bellissima! Consiglio molto il posto sia che siate una famiglia che con una coppia di amici.. Torneremo Sicuramente!

Eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohlgefühlt und unsere Hündin ebenfalls, wir kommen gerne wieder. Man ist ruhig und abgeschieden, mit traumhafter Aussicht und ist dennoch in 10 Fußminuten im Ort. Der Ort ist klein und fein, mit tollen Restaurants und kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wirklich wunderschön.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.
