This home boasts 4x very large double bedrooms (2 with en-suites), multiple living areas , including 2 reception rooms and an open plan kitchen diner (with bifold doors), as well as a top floor tv snug. There is lots of space for everyone to enjoy both inside and out. The garden is family friendly with a large trampoline 2 cats live in this home.

A 4 bedroom Victorian style family home, 5 minute walk to Penarth town and Marina and 20 minute walk to Cardiff bay. 10 minute drive to Cardiff City centre or take the boat! Spacious Lounge & Kitchen-diner, 2 double bedrooms & 2 children's/single rooms. Also large family bathroom with roll top bath. Penarth is a seaside town with great parks and our home is a 100m walk to a gorgeous barrage where you can catch the boat to Cardiff Bay or Cardiff City Centre. A lovely house in a gorgeous town!
