Vacation rentals with a patio in Bristol County

We enjoyed our weekend in Newport and found the Airbnb so comfortable- great place to stay! Walk to everything- great breakfast at the spa around the corner- great dinners at Diego’s and the Mooring.

This was a great place to stay you can walk 10 minutes to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I was here in the winter and it was great, but I am sure there is even more going on in the summer months.

My television show came to Newport to film for three weeks and I was fortunate to find one of David’s properties available right in the heart of town. The location was perfect for me to commute to the nearby mansions on my bicycle. Other houses on the block are from the early 1700’s which was super cool. It’s also only a couple blocks to the Main Street and the wharfs as well. David was a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend his properties for friends to stay at.

Jay was one of the best hosts we have had on Airbnb! Great place, great location, checked all the boxes for us. We will absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic cozy, clean apartment for our overnight in Newport. A couple of things were missing (no microwave, pots & pans, or toaster) but we got the impression that it was all very new, so perhaps those things are coming. Sue‘s was a very responsive host, and the place was very tastefully decorated, with a lovely shower and other amenities. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

The historic apartment is very well cared for and beautiful. The beds were great. The apartment is extremely well decorated and clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciate the coffee maker and filters. The street is narrow but there is off street parking next to the house. Simon was quick to respond to any questions.

We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

Very comfortable as well as well-equipped, this house met the needs of everyone in our group. The house is very close to Naval Station Newport as well as downtown Newport, which was very important to us. A great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

The home is beautiful with wonderful views, tons of natural light from all the windows, and plenty of space to stretch out. There was a plumbing leak during my stay, but Alyssa was quick to have a professional out to fix the problem and get the water back on within hours. Great host and communicator. Would rent again.

Gorgeous views, spotless home, comfy beds - we had the perfect stay at Lucy’s home. Our grandsons enjoyed breakfast on the deck, watching ducks and boats. After a full day of exploring Newport, we enjoyed a peaceful cocktail on the deck, watching the moon glimmer off the water. Lucy was attentive and checked in with us to make sure all was well. She gave us great suggestions for local dining. I highly recommend staying here - we are sure to return!

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

This was a family vacation get together and it was truly perfect. The house was very cozy and spacious for my family and has a great size deck for family grilling and hanging out. The location was exactly as described. It used to be close to the marina of Bristol and the cute town. My family enjoyed the walks, ice cream and local restaurants nearby. It was also not too far from Newport, which we took full advantage to go and come back at a timely matter. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family and I.

Kelly’s place was the perfect location for our weekend in Newport. Street parking was easy to find. The home is very comfortable and Kelly left us some nice treats and cold drinks I the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are walking distance and a very nice bakery was just a block away for morning coffee and pastries. We highly recommend Kelly’s place!

the space was well cared for with many personal touches. it was a great location to anything we wanted to do. it was raining the weekend we went but we could still walk almost anywhere. comfortable space and well maintained.

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Condo is beautiful as is The view and location. Jennifer was quick to respond and a great host. Neighborhood is filled with great restaurants. Definitely going to stay there again in the future...
