My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

We came to town for the marathon and Mary and Dwight’s place had the comfy couch and beds we needed for a relaxing recovery. They were proactive and responsive hosts and had easy check in and check out instructions! We enjoyed our stay in Newport and several of their local recommendations.

We had a great time staying at Jennifer's property for a girls getaway weekend. She was communicative before and during our trip -- very helpful and prompt when we had some trouble sorting out the heat and dishwasher, was kind enough to drop off a beautiful charcuterie board, and shared lots of local recommendations and tips. She messaged us when the Northern Lights were visible later at night, and when we mentioned we had plans for our last day in town, she proactively offered us a later checkout which was greatly appreciated so we didn't have to rush out. The property is also in a great spot - we felt safe, good amount of street parking available (though the property does come with 1 driveway spot), and is within walking distance to Broadway and a quick car ride to the mansions and main downtown area. Quiet at night but close to a lively area in the daytime. Overall we had a great time, and we are so grateful!

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

Amazing stay. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc all within 10 minutes walking distance. The room is extremely cozy making us feel like we were right at home. Katie gave us many recommendations and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. Will definitely look to book again next time visiting Newport!

We had such a great stay at Matt & Shannon's house. It's in a great area, close to the Cliff Walk and minutes from Thames Street and Bowen's Wharf. The house was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the complimentary local treats set out on the counter for us when we arrived. We stayed in and cooked the first night, and while I bring a lot of my own kitchen equipment when traveling, we found everything else we needed, from knives to cutting boards to prep bowls. Also, the fridge was completely empty when we arrived—a huge plus, as we were able to fit all our own stuff in it. The house looked just like the pictures, and there was plenty of room in the driveway for 4 cars. Would definitely stay here again!

Gary's cabin in the woods is a magical place! My friend and I (and our two dogs) stayed there for a couple of weeks while working in Providence. When you're at the house, you feel the peace and quiet of being cozy in the middle of the forest, and yet it is an easy drive to get to Providence and other local amenities. Gary's place is full of art, books, and cooking supplies, making for a personalized feel of really being at home. Also, there is a gorgeous forest path that winds from the cabin to his young apple orchard--a wonderful place to take the dogs every day!
