Staying with Deirdre was an absolutely wonderful experience. She greeted me when I arrived, made sure I had everything I needed, and was very responsive throughout our correspondence. Her place looks just like the pictures - even better in person with the view of the water! I booked the stay as a getaway to work on school assignments, and her place could not have been more perfect. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc all within 10 minutes walking distance. The room is extremely cozy making us feel like we were right at home. Katie gave us many recommendations and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. Will definitely look to book again next time visiting Newport!

We loved our stay in the Barn! It was a great space for us and our dog. It was quiet and spacious and close to all of the sights in Newport. If we vacation in Newport again we will definitely choose the Barn!

Tatiana is a great host, her place was perfect for an extended stay with my dog for a holiday in Bristol with my daughter. So comfortable to come back to after a day at the museums in Boston or sightseeing in Salem.

Stayed at Sabrina’s for a week while visiting my sister and family for the holidays. Grateful for a rental that allows dogs. Hard to find but we understand not all pet owners are as diligent as we are about being clean and respectful with our pups. Very comfortable and homey little space for us. Loft area is nice for extra sleeping if you need beds but a little tough when your kiddos are 6’5”. Open space in backyard is great for pets or kids and the neighborhood allows for nice walks along the water and an elementary school playground if your dogs need to run a bit. The unit is attached to two other places so it is part of a tri-plex. Parking was a little tricky as during holiday times there were lots of cars in the drive. We have a large truck so it got a little crunched but other tenants were very friendly and accommodating when it came to parking. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

The waterfront is a stunning view adding to the calm of the property. Perfect place to see the sun shining on the trees and water. Maybe, like us, you’ll get lucky and see a full double rainbow right out of the yard!

Dawn's place had everything we needed for our short stay. Once we arrived, the instructions for check-in were quick & easy. Dawn was very responsive to any messages. It is a basement location but worked out great for our visit!

Trish and her dog Murphy met us at the front door and showed us Airbnb. It is super cute and is exactly how she described it. Just be aware that it is the second floor of her house and does not have its own entrance. If that is something that doesn’t fit your needs then move on, but for us it was perfect. We had a key to the back door and the stairs were right there for us. Trish is very attentive and just the sweetest woman. Highly recommend!

Really lovely place. It is a separate, little place with a separate entrance in the back. A little small if you have kids and are planning to just hang out there, but otherwise great.

Ellery’s place was perfect - walkable to anything fun in Newport, and her place was just right. In a quiet neighborhood and had all the little touches and amenities that you’d need. She was a very warm host and I would not hesitate to recommend to others

It was a wonderful stay! Trish and Murphy are so warm and friendly. She was very understanding when my flight was delayed over an hour which delayed my check in. Great communication! Left me wonderful notes! Will definitely stay again.

My stay at the armchair sailor was amazing. The host was fantastic and very communicative. We really appreciated the recommendations and flexibility on check in/ check out. The location was unbeatable. The place itself was so quaint, charming and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more out of a long weekend stay. Great space, great location, great host.

What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!

We had a wonderful week at this airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the check in/out instructions clear and easy. Close to everything in Newport, Middletown restaurants, and a reasonable drive to other RI towns. Highly recommend and will definitely consider returning if we are in the area in the future.

Connie thought of everything you could ask for and more. The medicine cabinet was full of items in case you forgot something. In the sitting area she has a stoocked fridge with breakfast treats, water and all kinds of snacks. Connie is a baker, and left us a wonderful aray of cookies and pastries. She also has a variety of coffees and tea. She is definitely the hostess with the mostest!!!! You will NOT be disappointed if you book with Connie!!

Absolutely loved this place. Great neighborhood, nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, private, quiet and all of this with a gorgeous garden and patio just outside your door. Lots of little details that a lot of "bare bones" Airbnb's lack, hooks/racks for towels, shelves to hold your personal items, convenient outlets for charging devises, paper products in kitchen along with everything you need for tea/coffee and a few snacks thrown in too! A comfortable bed, soft linens and lots of towels. It is a small space, particularly the bathroom, but it is well laid out and we didn't feel cramped at all. I just can't say enough about this place and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful and thoughtfully planned space where we enjoyed a relaxing, fun week visiting our son and enjoying Newport and all the surrounding areas. It was a delightful Fall experience for us!

It was a very nice experience Arlene was very welcoming. Arlene had some groceries there when we got there very accommodating. I wished the shower was a little bigger other than that we was definitely happy I would definitely stay there again when I go back hopefully if it's available. Arlene also made us some muffins on our last day they were awesome we loved them thank you for everything.
