Great great host, he went above and beyond to accommodate us after a terrible day where everything went wrong!! Can't thank him enough for his kindness, consideration, and understanding. Would highly recommend this gentlemans' apartment to anyone and would stay again!!

Richard's place was exactly as the listing described, and it is a great value. We just needed a place to sleep for one night before a day trip in Providence, and this rental was perfect for us. The price is good, the area is beautiful and quiet (right down the street from the water), and the drive into Providence is quick and easy.

I don’t want to hype it up too much because I would like it to stay available when we need it. It was a lovely location. Really clean, comfy, felt right at home. It was safe and the kitchen is for a cook for sure. Awesome place. No reason to pass this one up. Host was exceptional.

Absolutely perfect apartment for a lovely weekend getaway! Close to all the main attractions! Apartment was clean and cozy! Bed was super comfy! We felt right at home! Loved that parking was off the Main Street-felt secure! Would love to book again!

This place is an absolute gem! I’m not usually someone that springs for the shared spaces, but the setup here is phenomenal. Our room felt super private and Mitch (James) and Amy went above and beyond to make us feel at home for the weekend. We felt like we were staying with friends! They gave us lots of recommendations for local spots. Would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the area!

I had a beautiful stay at Kariana’s place! The house was clean, quiet, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Kariana was an amazing host—very communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Marisa was a welcoming host from the moment we arrived. Her home was beautiful, fresh and clean. The location is perfect, close to the beach and also easy to take a quick drive into Newport. The windows overlooking the water and beautiful Tiverton was even better. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

We are repeat visitors to Kaios’ home, but it had been a few years since last visit. The rental is consistently excellent, but each visit brings new improvement surprises (decking, landscaping, grille, etc…). Kaios’s is a gold standard host. Excellent communicator and an all around friendly, chill guy. Pre arrival communication is proactive and clear. Any potential queries addressed to in a very timely and helpful manner. The house is wonderfully situated in a quiet, upscale coastal community. Although steps from the beach, the decor is more aligned with the zen woodland plot setting amongst tall trees, interesting flora and wildlife visitors… squirrels, foxes, ample birdlife and an abundance of pet dogs parading their owners. I hope everyone enjoys Kaios’ home as much as we do. Thank you, Kaios.

Home was great as expected. Just a few minutes from the beach and downtown. Would love to stay here during the summer months.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Proactive and friendly hosts who have thought of everything you'll need when you are away from home. We love staying here!

Billie was available and in communication the whole time, she really made us feel welcome in her home. The place was spotless. The space where we were provided with coffee, snacks and everything we needed to sit and relax after a long day was lovely. The bathroom was equipped with everything we needed and the hot tube was very nice and relaxing. Billie and Steave thank you so much for everything.
